Best Plumbing Drain in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

I have used Anderson Hills on a couple of projects and have been very happy with them. They recently completed work for me outside of their service area when no other plumber would even call me back.

Ian did an amazing job helping us maintain our air conditioning unit. He was extremely personable and went the extra mile to ensure cleanliness of the unit.

Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

They showcased their punctuality and skill by delivering precisely what I had in mind. Timely and fantastic work.

I just moved to Cincinnati. I was looking to get a quote on replacing 2 toilets in my house with new ones. Was told when I called they couldn't get me a price over the phone, I had to have a technician come give me an estimate. He did call me when they said and was on time so I will give them that, but I learned through the technician that just to come to my house and Quote me on installing 2 toilets it was going to be a $98 service fee... absolutely not... there is no way I would never call them back for anything.

These guys were great helping out with my moms house. They did everything they could to help save money.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service.
