Best Installation Drain Cleaning in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

I would not recommend Anderson Hills Plumbing. Nice people but there are not thorough. They used a toilet auger to try and fix a sewer line clog. So our clog was only temporarily fix. Second they charge my wife and I and extra 30 minutes for travel time.Which was never stated clearly in the phone. So after paying a good amount of money we are back to square one with our sewer line clogged.

You can't ask for a better salesman. Explained my options explained there Company gave me a price and there guarantee for me to pick. No hard push, great guy would deal with him anytime.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

My furnace was serviced 2 days ago. Now, only TWO days later, the furnace isn’t working? After it was just serviced?? Oh they’re sending someone to fix it today but wasn’t it just fixed? and running fine? TWO days ago? Now another service charge and what do you wanna bet they find something that needs to be “fixed”. So let me just say that if they do find something, this is all highly suspicious. How do you spell scam? I’m sure there’ll be another questionnaire after this visit so I’ll let ya know. But either way, if there’s something wrong or there isn’t, I shouldn’t be paying for this service call.
