We needed a tub faucet cartridge and the repairman left at 12:45 on Saturday. We called and let them know we were on our way. We got there 2-3 min. After close which is 1:00 on Saturday. Ed was kind and welcoming. He stayed late and helped us. We have water this weekend because of their amazing customer service! Thank you !

Chris was excellent! We had problems with our A/C unit and he diagnosed and fixed quickly while explaining everything as he went along. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Very happy and will be using again and recommending to friends and family!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Best Plumbing connected our new dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink finalizing our kitchen remodel. The service techs were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. I highly recommend Best Plumbing.

I sent the below review yesterday. In the afternoon I received a call from Thomas and Galbraith’s service manager. He advised that the service technician was new and he used the incorrect pricing model for the service provided. He immediately offered to make the necessary correction to the amount I was charged - my new invoice was over 70% less than I was charged originally which is about what I was expecting for the scope of the work performed. I appreciate the quick resolution to my complaint. ………Need to understand how you could charge such an exorbitant fee, $1236 for a one hour job. I’m sure you have an hourly labor rate plus parts which is what I was expecting. Instead I get a flat fee for a relatively small job. I’d like someone to call me because I’m not very happy right now.

We’ve always had great service from Niemans’! Today John came out and repaired our busted hose bib. He was professional and took the time to explain the needed repair. No more leak and the new repair looks nice and clean. Thanks!

Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!

Called in Apollo first and they couldn't unplug the drain (but still charged me). Suggested I spend thousands of dollars cutting the wall and pipe out.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
