Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

We recently had a water pipe burst - something we discovered when we came back from our Christmas vacation! Our laundry room ceiling was soaked, and we had partial basement flooding. Max with Thomas & Galbraith not only came out a day earlier than we scheduled, but also was able to cap the pipes and get our water back the same day. Safe to say that thanks to him, we won't be spending New Year's in a hotel. Cannot recommend enough!

We used plumbtite to install a new water heater & sump pump in our new home. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. It was lower than other quotes and I actually felt MORE confident about his knowledge than the other techs.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! Over the weekend we had a sump pump failure, including the battery backup pump. Within an hour we had a Roto Rooter plumber out and working on installing new pumps along with a person to assess the damage from the water. We did end up going through Roto Rooter for the repairs (sump pump and battery backup pump) and a different company for the water clean up because of the big difference in quotes and both had the same licenses and certifications. But we are happy we went with Roto Rooter for the repair job!

Emergencies are expensive but it was well worth it for the quick sump pump repair. I have to also say that the install job Mike Z (3492) did is amazing, clean and done well. He was also a super friendly guy, which is good considering you see each other a lot during long jobs. We will definitely call and request him in the future to check our system to avoid future issues.

Everybody very professional. Jason who first came out and diagnosed the problem, to the crew that came out and did the work all were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has underground drain problems.

When out system blew I made a lot of calls. They were priced very fairly and were quite honest with their suggestions as we converted to a new system. Once the work began they were amazing. They found an error from the previous company and totally saved the day! Truly outstanding customer service through it all.

Had a main sewer line replaced 2 years prior to needing it done at another property. Paid Jolly $5,500 for the first property. 2 years later they wanted $11,000 for a similar length and depth. I have been a fulltime professional real estate investor for 30 years. Today's Jolly Plumping is not the Jolly Plumbing of old. Avoid them if at all possible.

Chad was very informative and stepped me through the process. This was a big expense for us and Schlueter made it as painless as possible. I will certainly use them again.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. Getting an appointment with Midwestern Plumbing was easy and quick. Brian and his partner arrived in the middle of the scheduled timeframe. Both were thorough in their troubleshooting of the issue, knowledgeable, and rather quick in their work. The final bill was reasonable. I definitely recommend and will call on this local company again.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
