Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Sump pump stopped working and had water flooding into our basement… I called over six plumbers on a Sunday afternoon and no one could come within even 4 hours! When I called 1-Tom they said they would be out within the hour. Ben showed up literally within 30 minutes and fixed our problem. Saved us 20K in water damage (we had our basement flood 4 years ago and had to replace everything) their slogan is “we are already on the way” and it is ABSOLUTELY true! I will never use another plumber and will always recommend 1-Tom. Ben was very thorough and knowledgeable as well as professional and very patient in explaining the sit.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

They came out to work on a A/C repair and diagnosed several large issues. They then came back and gave us a quote on a new system and had it installed and running within two days of coming to service the old system. Everyone was friendly and not pushy. Very good service and easy to work with.
