Still leaking and they don't stand by their work after billing for $200 to tighten up a junction. *Update: Contacted by vendor who has made good on this issue after a bit of back and forth. Had worked with them previously and never had any issues, have updated my review to reflect that they do respond when customers are less than impressed and will go above and beyond to make sure they keep their reputation and to keep customers happy. And that's why they do have the reputation they have. Thank you so much to the person that was texting with me to get this resolved!!!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
