This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!

Matthias was an excellent service man. He informed me when he would arrive. He explained what he would be doing. He wore a mask and shoe covers while he was here. He explained what he did and how the furnace was functioning currently. I am very pleased with Matthias and Schneller and Knochelmann P, H & AC.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

The men installing my furnace and ac systems were kind, respectful of myself and the property and professional. They finished the entire job with new ductwork piping, pump, thermostat etc within 6 hours. Great job guys!2 years later I had my ducts cleaned and the two young men, Mark and Garian, were extremely kind. I Really enjoy meeting all the professionals this company has working for them.

Steve was very nice, professional, he explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. He gave me a good price and let me know there was finance options. I think this will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
