Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Awesome owners to work for...

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

We have relied on Cincinnati Arch Plumbing Experts as our trusted plumbing company for a few years, and they never disappoint. The team's commitment to providing top-quality plumbing services is truly commendable.

The communication of seeing up an appointment and the tech arriving is beyond supreme, it can not get any better. The technician (Charlie) was fast, knowledgeable, and explained everything incredibly well. The ONLY negative thing is the price of a new heater, which has nothing to do with the company so I have nothing negative to say about Thomas & Galbraith

So happy! They were booked until next week but when I said that I was leaving on a trip the kindly squeezed me in. Called me 2 times to ensure they could get me service (I was on a conf call and missed the 1st one) I am so grateful. When I told the plumber we couldn't afford a BRAND new water heater a few days before traveling he kindly replaced the leaking valve and gave us an estimate for the new one when we were in a better place! So satisfied.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
