Unprofessional!! Extremely Rude! I Will Never Use Them Again and suggest you do the same !!!! Approximately 2 years ago I started using G&K plumbing in a rental property that I was having plumbing issues with. The first experience I was treated nicely and billed fairly. Since then, their attitude and billing treatment has changed immensely. I have had other issues arise with this property and have called on G&K multiple times (my mistake). G&K (the actual plumber) may eventually get the job done but the office staff (the family )-this is a family owned business, is the most rude, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever come across. They have scheduled appointments and have no showed, no phone call, no apologies, to either my tenants or myself who took the entire day off work to meet with them. Then they rescheduled days down the road, after we had already been waiting days for them to come. I have always paid G&K promptly, even though (in some cases) I have had question regarding their billing and repair details. When I query them, they are uncooperative and have treated me like dirt! Insulting me for asking questions and telling me they will answer the questions when the bill is paid. They are reluctant to answer anything! My last inquiry turned into a screaming match, with them accusing me of not paying a bill for over 3 months when in fact the bill was 3 weeks old and the only reason I hadn't paid it was because they hadn't returned my 4 previous phone calls (that they said they would return) regarding the details of the repair.

If that's not enough to warn you away from this company, one time the plumber cut the wrong pipe (water everywhere), created an enormous mess (that I needed to clean up), damaged ceilings tiles due to the spraying water and then charged me to fix the pipe they wrongfully cut (which they eventually had to re-repair because it wasn't repaired properly the first time). Take your chances with G&K,.... My opinion, take your chances on another plumbing company!!!

Cullen was efficient, showed up prior to appointment and handled the issue.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Lindsay came to our home this morning to clean our duct work. She and her helper were not only on time, they were early. She called beforehand to make sure an early arrival would work for us. She was kind and worked quickly, sent pictures updates along the way and her helper, Andrew, chatted with my kids as he worked and made their day to have their questions answered. Very impressed with their service.

Had them replace shut off valves, water softner, etc. They did a good job. Cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant technicians. I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Jerry worked to find the best way to diagnose the problem of the clogg. Called in someone to assist him. Got the clogg cleared.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
