Best Drain in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Spencer Head did a great job assessing and fixing a problem with our furnace before it could become a big issue. Kudos to an observant and knowledgeable maintenance visit.

These guys do mostly commercial work, but they helped me out with a residential job.

Nancy scheduled me in less than a week.
The two great plumbers who arrived at my house listened very carefully and got to work in less than five minutes - they did not mess around at all, they were extremely professional, and finished sweating some copper pipe and replacing a filter assembly in less than 20 minutes. Perfect solder, perfect clean up - everything was well done. These guys are true professionals with no excuses.

I can’t say enough about how great these guys were.

Somebody was complaining about waiting for them to schedule them —- they are well worth the wait.

Jared was AMAZING!! We had a pipe burst in our wall Christmas Eve and he came as soon as he could. Got it all fixed very quickly and gave great advice on what to do next with the apartment complex. He was very friendly and explained everything for us!!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Out ragous price just to clean out kichen drain

Technician Alec Mackey quickly diagnosed and repaired malfunctioning furnace by measuring and adjusting low and high gas flow (both too high so furnace was constantly overheating and shutting off many times on cold nights). Very grateful. We will sleep much better.

Did a great job from start to finish. Every representative I spoke with on the phone was helpful - even at odd hours through their 24 hour line. The plumber was friendly and detailed. We used their services to scope a drain during home inspection and I felt like I could trust their report. Even sent me a video clip of the scope! Would recommend and use again

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
