Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! We had a drain back up in the basement and there was ankle deep standing water. The technician Jared was at the house within 45 minutes of me calling. I was nervous that with this happening on the afternoon of a Friday, I would be stuck waiting until Monday but the company was very helpful. Once he surveyed the issue, he was able to get the water to drain quickly and unclog the drain. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Paul was the water restoration tech that showed up later and he was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company, especially if you need quick service.

We needed someone to diagnosis a problem of low water pressure and replace the PRV. This was done in a great time frame, and we are pleased with the work. The service tech was friendly, easy to understand, and on time.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
