Best Drain Cleaning in Chicago IL

Rescue Plumbing sent Vince out within a day of my call to fix a blockage I had in my AC drain. He clearly enumerated my options, gave a quote on the spot, and got to work right away. He and his assistant were both extremely kind, patient, and helpful. They also cleaned up very well. Can't recommend them enough!

They successfully installed a new flood control and sump pump in a couple of days. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and gracious in offering many explanations and check-ins. They provide both detailed descriptions of work to be completed, as well as a good synopsis of the work when it is completed. Highly recommend them!

Edit - They came back and fixed issues with a couple of toilets. Isaac and Bill did a phenomenal job and found a solution for my basement toilet that saved us money but also helped avoid future issues. Phenomenal service. Would give them six stars if I could.

Alex did an excellent job and was very informative. He explained everything very thoroughly, which you don't get out of most services all the time. He seemed to know more than some older plumbers that we've dealt with in the past. Maybe they were trying to scam or add extra work, but I did not get that vibe from Alex and Roto Rooter.

Had 2 broken outside faucets replaced. Both required
soldering (outside my skill level) and working in some
tight quarters. Mike did an excellent job, installing
inside shut off valves (that I did not have before) and
two quality faucets. Price for both faucets was very
reasonable. Very happy with the work and will
definitely call them again for my future needs.

Jesus and his team are excellent. They have completed two jobs for us. September 2019, Jesus replaced a malfunctioning ejector pump for us. He was able to diagnosis and complete the replacement the same day we called. June 2020, they repaired our broken sewer main. Our finished basement flooded after the heavy rains in May. We have a good drain tile system and sump pump, so we assumed the worse. Jesus was able to scope our pipes and find the broken pipe fairly easily. Initially, Jesus thought they would need to break the tile floor to access the pipe, but fortunately, they were able to access it through the wall. Jesus and his team are very tidy and efficient. Jesus was able to have a city inspector out a few days after the work was completed. In total the work was complete within two weeks of the diagnosis (1 week was us dragging our feet on scheduling, because we have a toddler). I would highly recommend Jesus and his team: efficient, clean, courteous. Jesus answered all of our one million questions with professionalism and patience. Covid note: everything was as good as you can expect - everyone in masks the entire time, social distancing when possible.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The plumber came at the time he was expected (which dies not happen with other plumbers I have used in the past). What I have come to learn is that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC operates on grounds excellent customer service and total reliability. I have always used them and every time I hire, they deliver.

BEWARE! Do not patronize this company. The address they post is fake. 1204 N. State Parkway is the address of PS Clark's, a bar on the Gold Coast that has been out of business and the premises vacant for several years now. When asked about their fake address, they said they were working from home. Unless they had been working out of the back of PS Clark's, they are being deceptive. They promised to send a licensed, bonded, and insured plumber, but sent a gig worker who is really a handyman that also does drywall, painting, etc., but still charged plumber rates. I knew more about rodding than the gig worker who admitted he had just purchased his equipment the day before! He showed up without the normal materials every plumber carries. No slam to the gig worker, but to Pioneer Plumbing that hires him (and likely, others like him), exploits him, and passes him off as a legitimate plumber. They are doing business under the name of J & J Services on 6723 N Sacremento Ave. in Chicago.

Best experience with a plumber to date. They provided a comprehensive SOW on the work, and then the work was perfect. The crew showed up everyday on time, kept the area clean, and were very professional. We had major work done in our basement and I would hire them again for any future plumbing need.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ...
