Best Gas Pipe Installation in Chicago IL

Came to checkout an issue i'm having with water seeping up from my basement floor. Did a thorough investigation of the pipes for a suspected leak at no charge. I am pretty sure now its a hydro-static issue now and a plumbing issue but feel much more at ease. Thanks!!

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company.

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. He is VERY knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with services and up-charging. He finished the job quickly, efficiently and even tested the sink and dishwasher to make sure I was happy with his work. Walter Zuniga & crew were amazing. I’ma 1st time building owner who had a number of bad experiences within a short period of time. My faith in the repair services industry was at an all time low. I even had 3 other plumbers come out prior to Zuniga plumbing for pricing & he was by far the most reasonable & came up with the most solutions for each issue. It was obvious he cared about his craft, his company & me, the client. He knew I was on a budget & we did what he could to give me different options. He even gifted me a couple services gratis, on him to build the client relationship, which is unheard of. He & his crew member gave me maintenance tips regarding my radiators (which wasn’ta part of the service & even showed me how to program my thermostat. He cleaning up everything & even took down old pipes that had been left unattached from prior work before my purchase. I’m very thankful I came across this company & I know if/when I need any future updates or repairs, this will always be my go to company. They are reliable, caring, personable, efficient & they do great work!! I went from old galvanized water pipes to beautiful copper & they even worked until 11 pm one day. My quote did not change & they went beyond my expectations.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.
