We had an emergency service with a clogged pipe we call them out and they were out within an hour. Felipe was very professional very clean explained everything wonderfully provided us with a quote that was the firm price. All in all it was a great experience I have a recommend Roto-Rooter.

When I called I asked if he was licensed and bonded with the city of Chicago. He said yes but the minute I mention I have an inspector. He says he doesn't have the man power to do the work. Go figure!

This is an excelent plumber, i initially hired someone else who could not get the job done. I found Chicagoland Plumbing through recommendation within the industry. Edwin went above and beyond working for 6 hours to clear a clog in what turned out to be a bad connection at our second floor unit in a typical greystone. Its been working well ever sense and we will be following all maintenance recommendations. All and all, he was smart, found the issue, got it fixed, very clean, and did not charge any extra for the unexpected durration of the work needed. He is my forever chicago plumber.

I have received professional and courteous service twice from this company. Both technicians dispatched to my unit to conduct repairs were knowledgeable and willing to help. Although there were some initial communication impediments, the company worked through them to resolve my issue (gas leaks). I would recommend this group of professionals to my friends/family. I would use them again for future needs.

Rescue Plumbing is great, and Logan and Djenkis are terrific! I called them with a semi-urgent plumbing issue, and they were able to fit me in right away. Henry is prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He's been in this business at least 25 years. He came recommended from good friends. Not only did he unclog a stubborn drain within minutes, but he also inspected the old plumbing in my home and gave me advice on basic plumbing maintenance. He was upfront about estimates. Needed a antique sink repair done ASAP before a new stove was installed, APEX worked with me to make that happen. Turned out it needed quite a bit of work and in just over 3 hours a young man by the name of Chas completed the job. Price reasonable. Chas was very knowledgeable and friendly. Full Circle Plumbing and Sewer is simply fantastic. We had a minor issue to fix - faucet handle valve stem broke - but Matt worked the schedule to get someone out here the same day. Tony the plumber was super helpful, got everything fixed extremely efficiently, and consulted on some other things we need to get fixed longer-term.
