Dex and his associate Lobo arrived on Christmas Eve to repair a broken valve in my kitchen. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and leave me with running water in my kitchen. He even called me after a half an hour to make sure everything was alright. I will recommend your service to any who need it. Thank you Rescue Plumbing, especially Dex and Lobo.

I live in lincolnwood and we’ve been using their services a few times and they’ve done a great job!! They’ve installed our water heater, cleaned up the gunk in our kitchen sink, installed a new faucet and pipe because our water pressure from the hose was low, and today they rerouted the kitchen pipe to the sewer!!! Every time they’ve sent great personnel and we’ve had an outstanding experience with Ron, the last 3 times he came!! He’s really thorough, addresses all your concerns and questions and completes the work with efficiency and accuracy!!! We will continue to use their services as long as we can!

I hired you in January due to water coming from the ceiling - well here I am in August with another $800 bill for the same thing. I should have been credited for the $350. Your guy didn't do the job. According to the guy the other day, in order to use the auger the toilet would have been on. Well it was removed by us prior to you being here so no toilet was on. I asked to ensure the line was clear and even said i would pay extra for the camera. Wasn't done and a less than a year later water was pouring from my ceiling again. I will not be using you again. I will find someone reliable who does the job correctly. I now have to repair my ceiling again. I also heard a noise with my toilet again so you will most likely have to do it right again since it is supposedly guaranteed.

Although they picked up on my initial phone call, after I sent follow-up videos and images of the work required, they went completely ghost. No reply texts or phone calls, even after I sent a friendly reminder. Pretty significant job, too. Their loss.

First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! I highly recommend First Chicago Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Simple replacement of a kitchen sink pipe. They were on time, clean and quick. The price was over $400 which seems high, but I suppose that’s inflation.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...

This company lives up to their name that’s for sure! My fiancé and I were experiencing a backup washer issue where it was causing the sink to overflow! Water everywhere on the floors, I called this company on a Saturday night and wow were they able to get to my home Immediately! Prices were much less than other competitors like Roto rooter, ABC Plumbing and Rocket Plumbing! I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial if we experience another issue! Great team, great company. Turns into very happy customers!!

My water bill increased almost triple the amount and at 7:30pm he showed up that same night to assess the problem. He showed up on time, crawled under the house and he assured me that there was no leak and further more proved it by showing us the meter. He could've been dishonest and said there was an issue but he didn't. Also all communication was via the yelp app and through text which was super convenient for me.

Tyler and Chris were great! I put an inquiry about my draining system in my bathroom last night, and they were here by 10am this morning! Holly, the service professional, called in the morning to confirm and then also called to tell me they were on their way. They came immediately, and they wore masks and put on shoe covers so that the floor would not get dirty. Tyler got down on the ground in the shower and put a lot of effort into trying to find the problem which just happened to be clogged hair in the grate. He gave me advice on how a shower like mine would better be able to handle water correctly, but he did everything he could. When they were leaving, I asked them how much I owed them, and they said nothing at all! We didn't fix anything! I cannot believe how polite they were. This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!
