First time using Roto-Rooter service. Excellent, excellent, excellent work by Cy 9823 (plummer). My sump-pump went out and Cy gave me a quick breakdown of the issue, repair and cost.He replaced my old sump-pump and additional components within an hour and he was done. Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. He was very straightforward with his explanation and was very patient and friendly on the phone with me even though I'm just the potential buyer and not even his current client.

These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

I would like to acknowledge outstanding service and work ethic. I placed a call to Vanderbosch for a boiler inspection and cleaning for a 9 unit Condo in Chicago. I was sent John C. who came out about 4 days later. When our condo president and I met him, we were impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He explained our options and went into detail as to how they would reflect on the safety of our building as well as efficiency of our boiler. Our boiler had been neglected and took him all day to take apart and clean. Even though our building has the original boiler, someone might have hesitated to trust anyone to take it apart to clean. However John C. took pictures of all the original settings, documented them so that he would return the unit to it's original running settings. During this tedious and messy process he consulted with Hugh Hodur (the owner) many times only to find out that the settings were not correct for optimal efficiency. During this process he answered many of my questions and patiently explained many scenarios. Also he discovered a relay switch which will be replaced this Friday that could have shut down our boiler at any minute with out notice due to corroded wires. This company converted my in floor radiant heat to above ground 15 years ago. They were great back than but after yesterday, they have me as a customer for life, regardless of where I live in their service area. Outstanding and ethical. Thank you John C. And Hugh Hodur. Absolutely amazing.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.)
