Jan was pretty communicative at the onset when I first reached out for an estimate. We were able to get to a reliable quote over just a few emails and some pictures, which was great. When his crew arrived they were prompt, prepared and ready to work. They got the job done quicker than they had estimated. Overall positive experience.

A+ service. Rocket made a potentially unpleasant experience easy. My water heater was leaking, needed replacement. I received a return phone call 30 minutes after leaving a message at Rocket, and scheduled an appointment for an 8-9am window the next morning. Ryan and Ze arrived at 8:00am sharp, we discussed a quote and they left to go buy a water heater. Several hours later they were DONE, new water heater installed. Ze and Ryan were professional and courteous but also personable and friendly. I am very satisfied, intend to use Rocket again the next time I need plumbing work.

Eugene from first Chicago was the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. He got me quotes quickly, adjusted the invoice as work changed, and kept me informed about progress. The plumbers that he sent out to do the job were extremely professional, explained to me what they were doing, answered any questions I had, and went above and beyond with the plumbing. They worked two very long days. Highly highly recommended. Their pricing was competitive.

I paid approximately $4000 to install a valve that would prevent water from the street entering a residential building during heavy periods of heavy rain - a back flow preventer.Not only did it fail, but the site of installation created a second source of incoming water flows.This caused thousands in damage.ResponseAddress starts with 3133 in zip 60618. When we last spoke, we discussed you coming out to review water heaters. Never heard from you again.I didn't say it was a full flood control system. It was a back flow preventer installed inside basement. $4000 also low, because you gave a discount because of the issues your installer had - he appeared to be inexperienced and struggled with installation. At one point during installation I had to call you that he wasn't leaving enough for the tile to go back in. When he was done, basement apartment needed extensive cleaning, because the work area was not sealed off and dust was every where including tenant's closet clothes.

This is an excelent plumber, i initially hired someone else who could not get the job done. I found Chicagoland Plumbing through recommendation within the industry. Edwin went above and beyond working for 6 hours to clear a clog in what turned out to be a bad connection at our second floor unit in a typical greystone. Its been working well ever sense and we will be following all maintenance recommendations. All and all, he was smart, found the issue, got it fixed, very clean, and did not charge any extra for the unexpected durration of the work needed. He is my forever chicago plumber.

These guys came out and fixed a week of hell in 10 minutes. They came in very professionally and got right to work. They even cleaned up behind themselves. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great service from start to finish. Starting at the service call, the gentleman took the time to listen to the issue and share his thoughts, then we scheduled the free estimate. Chas came to do the estimate and he was just as professional, listned to the problem (floor drain backing up) , investigated (popped manholes and drain covers, looked at sink line inside) and promptly outlined his opinion on the options. We had a deal and Chas took care of the problem on the spot. 10 minute phone call on Friday, rodded and unclogged line by 11 Am on Saturday. Will call again and refer to others. ? Hard to find honest companies, Apex is one of them.

J Blanton Plumbing were lifesavers! My kitchen sink pipe was leaking and flooding my kitchen. I called them and they were responsive, professional and honest. As it was Sunday they mentioned a separate fee in addition to whatever the actual work would come to which would have been no charge to come and look at the problem had I been able to wait until Monday. I had to get it done today and said I would pay the fee. Justin Lindsay and Andrew Anderson called ahead to say when they were on their way. They could not have been more helpful and such nice and friendly guys. They knew exactly what to do and did it neatly and quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and those 2 guys to anyone! They even cleaned up the area under the sink knowing it would be hard for me to reach. GREAT COMPANY 5 STARS ! Thank you !

They saved us and fixed a drain under our house that was clogged by a root. They were out within 2 hours and everything was fixed in another 2 hours. They also explained everything to me so now we know what to do so the problem doesn't happen again!
