José arrived early (after checking I was available). He reviewed the job, provided a cost, left for about 40 minutes for parts and returned to complete the job, for a total time of 2-3 hours. José appeared to be skilled at the work, acted professionally and cleaned up afterwards.
Job was to replace a section of pipe under the sink for a total cost $375.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...

Dan cleaned out the drain and replaced my old trash disposal. He did an amazing job. He took out the broken old disposal that has been there since I bought the house. He replaced it completely, including all of the necessary new pipes beneath the kitchen sink. I called Chicago Water Heater and Plumbing Specialists after my water heater finally gave it up after 15 years. Sam returned my call within 20 minutes and came out for an assessment the same day. He took the time to explain my options and answered all my questions. I decided to go with the same brand of water heater, an American-made Bradford White, because my old model had served me well for so long. I also wanted to avoid dealing with the big box stores. Sam gave me an estimate that was reasonable for an upgraded 50 gallon tank, and, to my surprise, was able to schedule the installation for the next day. He arrived on time, and despite an unforeseen issue with a flue pipe that he quickly resolved, he completed the installation in about two hours. Very thorough, explained everything clearly, and even swept up when he finished. I am very pleased with the product and the level of service.

Fraudulent. Illegitimate and Not Sorry About it at all. Buyer Beware

They will not honor their warranty. They will take advantage of your emergency situation and diagnose non-working repair suggestions that you don't need, like: $1,500 hydro-jetting, when all you need is a simple rod at $450. They will not talk about it with civility over the phone. They will be rude and indignant. They will not take any responsibility for a mis-diagnosis and they will make a mountain of excuses as to why nothing is their fault. This company should take more honor in their work, but they likely won't. Therefore, until then, save your pockets and save your time by going with another firm

We recently bought a house that needed a major plumbing overhaul: all new copper pipes and a new water heater. I am very pleased that we hired Accurate Plumbing. Walt came out to give me an estimate before we even purchased the house. Once we owned the home, Walt handled the city permits. His crew was very professional, and Walt met with the city inspector to get their sign-off on the work. Most importantly, Walt was always available to answer our questions, and I really appreciate that. The price was fair, and the work was excellent. I highly recommend Walt and his team!

Tom was late to the appointment, although he did keep me notified as to when he was coming. I was about to cancel and I am glad I didn’t. Thought this was a simple job but it was not. He had tried two different remedies, none of which worked. He let me know the contractor that did my kitchen installed the pipes incorrectly and he couldn’t get to the clog with traditional methods. He finally used a tool that removed the clog. He worked upstairs and down, being very thorough. Also cleaned up and was reasonable with the charge. Also he was honest about something else I thought I needed done, he said probably not. Would definitely recommend using Blue Line.
