We had an issue with our main drain leading out to city sewer system. We called Rotor Rooter at 10:30 AM and at 12:00 noon, Leonard the Rotor Rooter Specialist was at my door. Leonard not only corrected our problem but also helped in showing me the cause. As a home owner for 30+ years its nice to know a trusted name in Rotor Rooter. Thanks again Leonard for your help.

We had Jan out to check our sewer line and basement plumbing because of a smell we sometimes get that I was worried might be signs of a larger issue. Jan was incredibly thorough, careful, and deliberate, taking the time to figure out all of the potential sources of the smell in our house which is old and was updated at different points by previous owners. He was very knowledgeable and patient and explained all our different options, and he made sure to explain how everything worked so I would better understand what to look for in the future. Jan is clearly knowledgeable about older Chicago homes, which can present unique problems, and I definitely recommend him.

After Steele rodding my inside and outside lines . My plumber suggested hydro jetting. J sewer has professional equipment that comes with tank and camera. Then he re checks the lines after he clears them . Prompt and professional service @ a fair price .I Highly recommend

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Michael came out to my home to repair water line for the dishwasher. Service all around is the best, came to home quick, problem was resolved fast, he is very knowledgeable. I will refer all my friends and family to Goode Plumbing!

Called for an emergency weekend appointment at 9pm Saturday. Said someone would come out. 2 hours after I called I had not heard anything. I called the office abd Person assured us someone would be out and would call us soon. At midnight I assumed no one was coming and went to bed. No call, no show all weekend when I have sewage flooding my house. Totally unacceptable as a business.

I am pleased with the services I have received to date from Full Circle Plumbing. I had hired a general contractor that was paid to do work and did not complete it. Matt and Eddy not only did the work that wasn't done, they were professional and completed my work for a fair price which allowed.

I called Chicago Water Heater and Plumbing Specialists after my water heater finally gave it up after 15 years. Sam returned my call within 20 minutes and came out for an assessment the same day. He took the time to explain my options and answered all my questions. I decided to go with the same brand of water heater, an American-made Bradford White, because my old model had served me well for so long. I also wanted to avoid dealing with the big box stores. Sam gave me an estimate that was reasonable for an upgraded 50 gallon tank, and, to my surprise, was able to schedule the installation for the next day. He arrived on time, and despite an unforeseen issue with a flue pipe that he quickly resolved, he completed the installation in about two hours. Very thorough, explained everything clearly, and even swept up when he finished. I am very pleased with the product and the level of service.
