Main line needed rodding out and they came out really quick, less than 2 hours. Justin did a great job and got the clog out. He was very polite and professional. He took his time and made sure everything was good to go before leaving. Would recommend roto rooter, very good employees.

I can't compliment Jesus enough...5 stars doesn't do them justice. We had a pipe burst in our crawlspace as the polar vortex began to thaw. While I was at work, my wife was unable to turn off our house's main water valve. As I raced home from work to help, my wife spotted J Plumbing (Jesus) entering our neighbor's house to assist them with a separate issue. Jesus was more than willing to jump in and help us turn off the water to avoid any additional damage. He then proceeded to come to our house following completing the work at our neighbors. What initially appeared to be a routine pipe replacement turned into a larger project that Jesus and his crew tackled with expertise. We are back up and running all at a very fair price. I have a new go-to plumbing company...I suggest you call Jesus if you need help.

Hugh has been “our guy” for our 13 unit building boiler for years. We’ve used him for normal maintenance but we also had to completely replace our boiler last year and Hugh came in with a very competitive bid and the work was well done.

Called at 830 am. Juan said he could be over in one hour. Right on time. Fixed backed up sink due to a main line clog 5 feet deep in pipe. Took about 1 hr total. He cleaned up after and sanitized whole area. He even put away our bathroom stuff under the counter afterwards! Job done quick and was not overcharged. Definitely would use again.

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!

Walter is a great professional! He came in and fixed water pressure booster system that was installed by another plumber. He was responsive and gave me options, walking me through the plumbing repair process. He also checked my drainage system and did a complete clean out. I called Rescue Plumbing Saturday afternoon to assist with a toilet issue and they were at my door the next morning to fix the issue! They were speedy and provided detailed feedback on what needed to be done to fix the toilet. We did have to pay a $99 weekend fee, however it was worth is knowing that we only have a single toilet. I would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends!

Mr.Burris is AWESOME with a capital A!!!! Today a major furnace part needed to be replaced.He was patient and kind and the task was not easy and exceeded the estimated time anticipated.Hallelujah I now have heat and I payed 1/4 of what I would have paid for other companies that advertise on tv.
