Pete and Noah were professional and friendly and replaced my faucet quickly and efficiently.

Pete came out 3 times to diagnose a leak with no commitment until he knew the problem. Good guy, knows his stuff, very professional. I will call him for any future plumbing needs.

Yurly, the technician Baethke sent, was wonderful to work with. He was professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything he did. I had received 2 notices from the Chicago utility that I had a leak so Yurly needed to do some detective work to find the source of the leak. He tested all the possible areas that could be causing the problem, including the 4 spigots on the outside of the house, the plumbing points in 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry area. Within 30 minutes, he identified the toilet that had a very slow, barely noticeable leak. Then he clearly explained possible solutions and completed the work I wanted.

First Mike came to evaluate the work needed and assess the damage. Steve showed up and completed the pipe repairs in one day. Next day the water mediation team arrived (Jose and John) and cleaned up the water, sanitized the floor and walls. They set up the dehumidifiers and air mover to thoroughly dry the basement.This was a wonderful experience especially since I didn't need to figure it out on my own. The dispatcher was kind and prompt with the appointment time. A plumber was sent who managed to to fix the issues within a short period of time. I was impressed with the quality of their work and I would definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issues.

Great job! I coordinated a building shutoff and they were 10 minutes early as requested. The pricing was $280 for a ball valve and $75 per cap which for their trip and time is reasonable. They went above and beyond by assisting the building management team who could not locate the shutoff valves.

I'd definitely recommend them and I'm very happy with their service.

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!

Amazing service! Multi-unit condo and commercial building had a sewer clog and it wasn't at all clear where the access point to the sewer was. Nate was soooo helpful and thorough in trying to get access to the sewer and get our issue resolved! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional!
