Ok, it's a little pricier than I'd like, but they were out the same day and resolved my issue promptly. Even saved me from having to buy new expensive equipment!

Excellent service, actually, top-notch service. I was telling someone earlier today that I think Abt has some the best customer service of any company, but John Baethke Plumbing rivals their service. Very professional, thorough, clean, fair and excellent follow up.

The service was excellent. Arrived on time and the technician was polite, well dressed, and professional. The downside was the price. He charged me $625 for a simple kitchen sink drain clog removal. After I brought up whether there were coupons available, he reduced the price to $525. I had removed all of the under sink articles and p-trap from the garbage disposal before he arrived. All he had to do was bring in his machine and run the cable down the drain for about 15 minutes and reattach the p-trap. The rest of the time was spent explaining contract terms and running my credit card. I have no problem with the service or the results, just the price. I would think somewhere between $300 and $400 would be more in line with the work done.

I reached out to Vanguard to repair an old gas line in our backyard and install a natural gas grill connector. Jan from Vanguard responded promptly, asked for information and provided an estimate within a day. Once I accepted the estimate, we scheduled and since I was flexible on the timing, Jan kept me appraised of their earliest availability. The two gentlemen who came from Vanguard arrived on time, were polite and efficient. They explained what they needed to do, offered suggestions to make the gas outlet safer, and walked me through the safety protocols. They did a great job, cleaned up and I felt confident in the work that was performed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience given my own lack of knowledge in this area. Thanks Vanguard!

My water heater broke and he came out the next day to replace it. He asked me what my needs were and made some suggestions. He didnt leave until he made sure everything was working properly and he is proud of his work. He also gave me a great price. Ill call him again when I need something.

We needed a pipe replaced and the office was prompt and professional in the quote and scheduling. The guys did a great job on the repair: efficient, communicated well on what they were doing, and overall, did exactly what we needed. Water heater blew up randomly blew up and my wife and I scrambled to find the main to turn it off. Suffice to say I was flustered in searching Google maps on my phone for the first available plumber who could help. After a few duds, I took a shot on a local guy with good reviews. Eduardo immediately answered the phone, said he'd be down in a few, and gave me a fair price on a water heater installation first thing the next morning. By 11am the following day I had a new water heater and minimal disruption to the wife and kids. Already planning to use him and his son again. Thanks!

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.

Called Rescue first thing in the a.m. Had a team, Pete and Noah on site by Noon. Thorough examination, honest assessment. Adjustments were made, leak was fixed. Fast, accurate and knowledgeable. Definitely will use again.
