We have a very old house that has had MAJOR plumbing and sewer issues. After half a dozen other plumbers, we finally found our guys! Everyone that has come to the house has been great and completely professional. In particular, Jay and his crew took us through a particularly harrowing sewer pipe replacement from start to finish with great care, from startup to cleanup. This is who you are looking for!

Pete and Noah came out to repair 3 things and did a quick and amazing job. They replaced a hosebib, replaced a drain assembly in a bathroom, and diagnosed, and fixed a rust issue in our shower, all in 3 hours, including getting parts. The best part of their work is that they explained the problem and how they were going to solve it. They also listened to all our questions and answered them seriously. If you hate it when service providers talk over or past you and do not explain their logic, you'll appreciate Pete. Next best thing is that they do not nickel and dime you. While replacing a steel nipple on the shower head, they also flushed the water system to eliminate a bunch of residue that had been reducing our shower pressure, no extra charge. Last thing that I appreciated was that Noah is Pete's son; it's great that he is learning the trade from his dad. They are definitely the first people we'll call when we have a plumbing issue again.

Technician Tom Saint John came to our home to assess our plumbing issue, provided a quote, and completed the work all in one morning. He was professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the company being tech savvy, using iPads for quotes and payment processing, texting me a photo of whom to expect at my door, and emailing quote, receipt, and COI promptly. Thanks for a great experience.

Complete price gauging, would not recommend… over $700 for a simple pipe valve installation. Please search for other options as Roto Rooter cannot be the best answer for you in Chicago

Jan and his team were on time, courteous, and very friendly. They repaired a leak with my sink and installed a garbage disposal. They were within budget and were willing to help me with future problems, should they occur.

I have been calling for 2 hours trying to reach someone to help me with my plumbing issue. Every other plumber I called to schedule a quote/appt is picking up right away! This si really frustrating as I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Jesus is my savior! But no joke. He has done major home repairs for us at a beyond reasonable price.

First experience: We didn’t know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.

Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!

Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!

Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don’t need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.

Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! Highly recommended!

Edwin replaced a whole-house water filter and two faucets. He was extremely responsive when we initially called, and even came by the same day to give us an estimate for the work. He came the following week to do the work and showed up on time - he even called to tell us he was on his way. It seemed like he did everything the way he would in his own home. He was careful and diligent. One of the faucets he replaced was old and corroded and was difficult to remove but he did a beautiful job with everything. We're extremely please with his work. He's also a very nice person. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.
