Post-Covid times and can tell their implementation was very well thought out in terms of contactless consultation, wearing of PPE and booties for shoe covering. Very clean process as well. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Roto-Rooter. My tub was experiencing massive backup. Since I had some great work done previously by Roto-Rooter, I contacted them again. An agent by the name of Victor, Tech Number #1439, arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came back the following day and performed his job admirably. His work ethic and attention to detail was outstanding. Furthermore, he was polite, courteous, extremely professional and he patiently answered all of my questions. Wow is all I have to say about Jesus and this amazing company! 10/10! They were way more reasonable that other quotes I received and Jesus was a dream to work with. Super responsive, on time, and explained things slowly and easily so I could understand lol. He replaced 2 sections of broken pipe outside, one under grass, the other under concrete, they had to hand dig everything too, about 5 ft down. They were able to do the work in a very timely manner as well! His crew was very nice and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be using them again in the future!! I hired another company in the Chicago area who specializes in gas fire pit Installations to install a fire pit on my rooftop. The company showed up without the correct equipment to do the job and left me in a bind as I needed the fire pit for a party that evening. I called Rob late morning on a Friday and told him my situation. I sent him a few photos of what was needed. He went out of his way to accommodate me into his schedule. I had a lit fire pit by 4pm!! His service was nothing short of spectacular. I will definitely use him again!

We had a very rough time when our shower valve started leaking bad. I was amazed that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC arrived a day after and delivered in half the time promised. I totally recommend their services and I look forward to working together if need be.

Goode has done a great job every time we've used them. Jonathan flushed our hot water tanks quickly and safely. He also recognized a defective shutoff valve that needed repaired but did not affect the flushing process.I highly recommend Goode Plumbing for all your plumbing projects.

Luis is GREAT. I called Sandoval Plumbing on a Saturday morning to fix a clogged toilet and bathtub. They showed up within an hour. Luis was thorough, took the time to answer our questions, and was careful not to cause damage to my property during repair work. And also reasonably priced. I've been looking for another plumber since my usual plumber isn't always available. He's definitely earned my repeat business.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...
