Overall a very good experience. I was scheduled for the next day after my call. Like everyone, I’d like plumbing jobs to be cheaper but facts are facts. I was offered five different options for service/price and that was really appreciated. The work was efficient and transparent— we walked through the entire job and as parts of the process were completed. Josh and Dan did a great job; I swear the area was cleaner after they left. I will call Baethke again.

Update: I did call again (work performed on 7-12-21) and this job was completely consistent with the last. Repairs made to our shower this time. Price/service options were reasonable and Yuriy was friendly, efficient, thorough and clean.

I called Roto Rooter (RR) on 9-5-18 regarding a plumbing issue for my parents. I scheduled an appointment for the next day because that was the earliest available. RR called 30 minutes before the appointment time and provided an estimate on when they would arrive. Herman was our repairman. He walked in and immediately put on his shoe protectors. I took him to the basement laundry room (the problem area) and he quickly assessed what the problem was and how he could fix it. He told me the price and I agreed for him to do the work. Throughout the process, he kept me up-to-date on how things were going and even let me see for myself. His supervisor even dropped by to review the work. When the work was done, Herman updated me on how things went and gave me some tips for maintenance. He cleaned up the areas where he worked and thanked me for allowing him to service our plumbing issue. I had a great experience with Herman and Roto Rooter. I will most definitely call them again and request Herman for a future plumbing issue.

The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! Very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

My company had an absolute emergency plumbing situation in the middle of a giant thunderstorm and Eugene and his team were so quick to come to our rescue! Him and the rest of the team were extremely polite, knowledgable and thorough with their follow up and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I scheduled a repair for a shower head. Since weekends were an additional charge, I took an off day from work and scheduled it for first thing in the morning. When the appointment time came, no call and no show. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

It was truly amazing that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The plumber showed up on time and was able to fix my sinks and broken faucet. The job was well done.

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

Thought it was ejector pump that needed replacing, but it was only the valve. Honest, professional service. Will use this company again. Highly recommend!

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company.

His work is top notch, he is prompt and professional. In my instance, I was taking heavy water from our recent heavy rains in my basement. I called Juan at 7:00 A.M., he was at my house by 8, and my problem was solved by 9:15 -where else in THIS city can you get such service, AND peace of mind? i had a blocked kitchen sink in my condo, and it was somewhat of a bureaucratic nightmare trying to get the coi that the property managers required. Edwin did a great job and put in a lot of effort dealing with the insurance company and the property managers to expedite this. Edwin kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jorge and his associate did a very professional and efficient job.

This is my second time using J Blanton Plumbing and I highly recommend them! I was getting work done on my rental unit, and they were great coordinating with myself and my tenant. Jacob was my technician and he's fantastic! Super communicative, easy to deal with, prompt and professional. One of the jobs ended up being more complex than originally thought and he was very thorough, explaining why it was taking longer and what he was doing. I also really appreciate the company uses online invoicing and payment and has appointments on the weekends - makes it super easy for customers!
