Best Sewer Main in Chicago IL

This is the third time I had John Baethke & Son to fix the master bathroom toilet. The technician Eddie Walsh recommended replacing the flushing system. I agreed, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. It looks like the toilet is fully refurbished. My concern is that it took three visits to fix the toilet.

We just had Arber come service a clog in our kitchen sink. He inspected, solved the issue, and answered all our questions with professionalism and patience, which we really appreciated! We called 3 other companies and Roto-Rooter was the only one that could get to our place within a few hours and address the issue that day. Thank you Arber and Chicago South Loop Roto-Rooter! We hope we don't have any more issues but if we do we'll be calling you again.

These plumbers came out the same day I called. They came highly recommended from a neighbor. They rodded out lots of tree roots. I will be using them for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

Had a leak issue in our laundry room that was dripping down to tenant's apt below. Alex and Sam were able to come out the morning after I called, showed up promptly at 7am, and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 40 minutes. I still made it to work on time! Absolutely amazing.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

Called at 830 am. Juan said he could be over in one hour. Right on time. Fixed backed up sink due to a main line clog 5 feet deep in pipe. Took about 1 hr total. He cleaned up after and sanitized whole area. He even put away our bathroom stuff under the counter afterwards! Job done quick and was not overcharged. Definitely would use again.

Extremely report and unprofessional employees

Finally found a GREAT plumber!!! Bert found a huge root ball in our pipes, cleaned out two clogged drains, and repaired a leaky water main. He was kind, professional, hard working, and communicated everything as he went. Highly recommend!
