I've hired Walter many times over the past two years and have been happy with the service and value he's provided! He has completed a re-piping job in the past and recently completed a project that was causing water damage from my second floor washroom down to a first floor bedroom. Service tech arrived promptly in under 1/2hr after I received a call he was intransit. One of the competitions showed up unannounced while Eric was finishing up the job . The 3rd & 4th competitors were no shows. Eric was professional, courteous and cordial. He was accommodating with the fact that it was a short run problem and was very salesman like in negotiating an accommodating price. He was quick to remove his equipment & get to work. He was again very professional and personable while inspecting the site with his camera. He spoke very highly of his company and the other tech.'s.
