Dax had to fix another plumbing company’s terrible job who out in a wrong connection. He was great and came on Sunday! Thank you Rescue Plumbing!

The cost is double what you will pay a typical plumber… I just paid $430 for a toilet ring replacement and I’ll save an extra $200 by replacing the little rubber flapper myself… but we’ve used this company a couple of times and definitely don’t believe there is any scamming/swindling going on as mentioned in a few other reviews. They are just pricey. We had an emergency last year and it was obvious that we were prepared for a big ordeal but the plumber surprised us with a simple solution which earned our trust. Their brand is “white glove service” rather than trying to come across the most competitive/affordable… so moving forward we will DIY or hire a handyman for simple home updates but we will continue to call them first when there is an urgent need for help.

Jan and his crew from Vanguard rescued us after we attempted to work with another plumber who was not skilled enough to do the job. Jan was incredibly professional from the moment we spoke to him on the phone, thru all the communications, the first visit/quote, and subsequent work that had to be done to repair/refit plumbing in our very old home (poorly done by previous owners). Jan also referred us to an excellent carpenter that was required to stabilize joists and fix what the other plumbers messed up, and he coordinated with the carpenter to come up with the best solution for our situation, which was very complex. Immediately, we felt safe with Jan's skills and witnessed he and his team working hard to get the job done. Vanguard is not your average plumber, if you want to have confidence in your plumber's work, hire them. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. 1000% exceptional service!

Called First Chicago Plumbing to replace my whole-house water filters. They were able to come out right-away and the technicians were quick and thorough. Their service was reasonably priced as well.

Goode was very responsive, they showed up very quickly when I had a backed up kitchen sink which ended up being due to a very complicated sewer situation. They were VERY committed to solving the problem which required multiple visits (but not their fault, it was just a very complex situation). They really went above and beyond to fix the issue which even included getting a metal fabricator involved to custom make a critical part for us! I was very impressed by their professionalism and commitment to fixing the issues for us and highly recommend them.

We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Everything went really smoothly and promptly with this plumber. I did not have to wonder why they were not getting back to me to discuss my project, as I have has to do so many other times with so many other plumbers. The representative was very organized, prompt, and courteous and even covered his shoes inside my house which was a really positive compromise between the fact that it's my living space and his working space. As we go through life, there are individuals who make a difference. Juan Zarate, the owner of Go Rooter Emergency Plumbers is one of those people. As consumers, we only call a plumber if we re canoeing in our basements or having to buy a submarine to traverse the house -thus we are certainly in no position to barter or negotiate when calling for emergency plumbing service. Performed a complete reconfiguration to replace and repair the broken drainage copper pipe from the kitchen sink. Also installled new replacement Zoeller sump pump on the same day. Will recommend Zunica if you have an emergency.

Logan and Djenkis were great - timely, professional, friendly and very communicative about the work that needed to be done. Customer service was also much better than many I’ve experienced. This is the second time I’ve used Rescue, and I highly recommend them.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!
