We had Pete and Noah out a few weeks back to examine our outflow after some lovely backup in our basement shower. We’ve had Pete at the house several times and he’s always been straightforward and honest about what he sees and why he recommends what he does. They came, assessed the issue, and found all the TREE ROOTS in our line. Thankfully they were able to get a crew out in short order that week for the emergency plumbing fix, all while handling the city permits and inspections. It was a relief to get it done so quickly and move on with our lives.

I will certainly continue calling Pete and Noah out to my house (even if I wish I didn’t have to).

The cost is double what you will pay a typical plumber… I just paid $430 for a toilet ring replacement and I’ll save an extra $200 by replacing the little rubber flapper myself… but we’ve used this company a couple of times and definitely don’t believe there is any scamming/swindling going on as mentioned in a few other reviews. They are just pricey. We had an emergency last year and it was obvious that we were prepared for a big ordeal but the plumber surprised us with a simple solution which earned our trust. Their brand is “white glove service” rather than trying to come across the most competitive/affordable… so moving forward we will DIY or hire a handyman for simple home updates but we will continue to call them first when there is an urgent need for help.

Leonard, Kelly, and Dan were awesome today. Leonard showed up within an hour of me calling for help and quickly assessed the problem. He was able to get our drain open and did a top notch job of explaining everything. When things felt hopeless this team came together quickly, was patient, kind, knowledgable, and created a great game plan. Will definitely call them in the future and highly recommend !

We hadn’t even moved into our new house yet and the basement flooded from a faulty sump pump and the sewer backed up! Pete and Noah came out to help with the whole mess. They walked us through everything, every step of the way and made sure everything was done quickly and right. They were patient and understanding as we asked lots of questions. While I’m not happy all this happened - I’m grateful to have found honest plumbers who helped us through it.

A lot of experience with the workers and you can tell its a small business vibe making more of an important focus. Utilized them to install a plumbing cutout for easy access to clearing my plumbing which required them to dig a 9ft hole in my front yard.
