Best Sewer Line Clog in Chicago IL

Pete and Noah were amazing! They came very quickly and were able to unclog my drain in less time than I was expecting! So happy and will definitely call again if needed!

This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Bruce was able to fix a sewer gas problem that had stumped other plumbers. He was professional, thorough, and respectful of my home and opinions. We will absolutely be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.

Gave an estimate for a 6 feet Pipe excavation and replacement but finally the work was done with less than 4 feet for excavation and pipe replacement.Since the final work was less than what was estimated, I have been repeatedly trying to get hold of Roto-Rooter to understand the cost breakdown as well as why we weren't getting a final price lower than the estimate.The person who came to oversee the change also agreed that the work done was not inline with the estimate and would get his manager to call back but I haven't received any communication though I have done multiple follow ups on this.Been over 2 months since the work has completed and with apparently no intention from Roto Rooter to address or even speak on this issue has made me rate them with a 1 star as a company to avoid for work that is going to be expensive.

Chicago experienced torrential rains last night, and my basement collected around six inches of it and wouldn't let it go. I didn't know where to turn. Called Goode Plumbing and, despite an incredible backlog, they sent out Drew within a few hours. Drew is exceptional in every way. He is professional, careful, kind, patient, and took the time needed to explain the issue and the solution to my problem. Honestly, Drew has converted me into a Goode Plumbing customer for life. I wish I could give him more than five stars.

Edwin has helped us twice, both with urgent situations. Once with a sump pump issue and the second was a hot water heater issue. Edwin was responsive, knowledgeable, calm, and honest. We knew we were in good hands the first time we met him. We’d highly recommend him to anyone!

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

In Feb 2020, I had APEX uninstall/install a kitchen sink (Jobs 43521 & 43503), which was not a good experience. I provided a review to APEX on 04Feb2020, to which APEX stated that they take their reviews seriously and that my 'claim' to have spent over $1000 for poor service was inaccurate (see attached screenshot).
1. I have attached receipts of these two jobs to confirm that my original 1-star review did state the correct payment amount (over $1000).
2. Today (26April2021), 14 months later - this sink is now leaking.

I called APEX today explaining the situation and they stated that they have a 12-month warranty on their work and that they will charge me again to fix the leak. I understand that plumbing company's must have these types of policies and I am not trying to be unreasonable by expecting them to treat me as a special exeption.

However, after my original review for poor-value/workmanship being called 'inaccurate' by APEX AND a subsequently having leaking sink after only 14 months of completed work speaks for itself.

I had Pete and Noah come help with an emergency clogged toilet issue. They responded promptly, came on time, were super friendly and professional, and knew what they were doing! Everything was done very quickly as well. Thank you for such great service and I will be using them next time!

Henry from Kavana's Plumbing was fantastic and he performed professional work. When I contacted Kavana's, Henry was able to call me right back and was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and provided great service. The drain clog was a stubborn one, but Henry was determined to clear the line and he was able to have the bathroom drain run better than it had before. Thank you Henry, definitely will contact Kavana's Plumbing if anything comes up in the future.
