Best Sewer Inspection in Chicago IL

Fiancé and I moved into a new place, our first buy. Minor hot water issue, needed some parts replaced. Rick was our main tech, and was very courteous and helpful. After replacing the heating elements, there was still an issue the next day. Rick was very responsive, and came out the day after to replace another part that he did not charge us for. Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would hire again.

Pete and Noah were so incredibly helpful and transparent about what I needed for my dishwasher leak. While not great news, I really appreciated Pete's no nonsense approach and honesty with what I should do next. Will definitely be calling them again!

Ron arrived at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed my issues, provided several solutions, and completed the work. The overall experience was excellent.

I have used Roto Rooter periodically for many years and have always been absolutely satisfied with the service. Andre #8971 was my latest service provider and he astonished me by reminding me that he'd been to the property in the past and he remembered what my issues were. Andre and his assistant got to work quickly, completed the job quickly and explained exactly what was done and advised as to how often I should continue with my sewer maintenance. I'd be pleased to have the two of them return when I book again for service

I hired another company in the Chicago area who specializes in gas fire pit Installations to install a fire pit on my rooftop. The company showed up without the correct equipment to do the job and left me in a bind as I needed the fire pit for a party that evening. I called Rob late morning on a Friday and told him my situation. I sent him a few photos of what was needed. He went out of his way to accommodate me into his schedule. I had a lit fire pit by 4pm!! His service was nothing short of spectacular. I will definitely use him again!

I recently encountered a slow drain problem and booked an appointment with this plumber who has been my favorite for quite some time.very professional and courteous in nature. The work was well executed.

I have used the services from Chicagoland Quality Plumbing a number of times. I used to own a condo and they did work there before I sold it. I now own a home and they have done work here numerous times. I can't stress enough how pleasant it is to work with this company. They are responsive, prompt, highly professional, very reasonable in price, great plumbers with years of experience, and best of all, get the work done correctly. You can't go wrong with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing (aptly named).

We had a situation where a significant leak had developed in a ceiling below a bathroom and we needed help finding the source quickly. Eduardo was able to come out within a few hours notice (on a busy holiday) to diagnose the problem and complete the repair for a very reasonable price compared to the giant plumbing companies. Great to work with a family business and I would absolutely call him in next time we need work done.

They been the best for years ??

I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

Notified of every hour xtra work that was found and absolutely neccessary, no surprises, my bathroom just painted and repaired...after severe back up....they corrected, cleaned up entire bathroom area, replaced toilet, allowed me to check work....mainly not a rod cable hole or scratch anywhere in my new bathroom..Geoff n Angel were outstanding...think good on there feet..
And caught a major problem before it became a issue In this 6 unit bldg..

Saved owner alot of future money and extremely nasty mess that would have occurred....I'm a 40 yr veteran engineer
I stayed out there way....and Geoff n Angel kept me apprised of any changes..

Even learned couple new tricks to avoid unnecessary problems..

Licensed, professional, prompt, excellent work and fair price. Bob brought his team, performed Jetter (high-powered sewer rodding/cleanout) & also unclogged kitchen sink pipe (he fully understood the sinks initial/unique setup). They work as a team, are quick, pleasantly confident that they resolved your problem and all shake your hand afterwards. Furthermore, Bob tells you how to ensure only a regular sewer clean out is needed in the future, how to avoid sink clogs and gives a warranty for their work. Given my financial restraint, every now and then you run into top notch contractors at a fair price and the All Pro Plumbing team is one of them.

Logan and Djenkis figured out the issue with my toilet and fixed it in a timely fashion. Would recommend their service to all!!

This place is a gem, and their office staff Rhea is so lovely. We had a couple big issues this summer and have been so frustrated with other providers, but this company was always quick and thorough and nice.

Took 45 minutes to install a dishwasher (plumbers on-site complained about being installers now) and they charged $196 up front. Bill came 2 months later for an additional $506 and shows over 2 hours of service. They did end up crediting $100 off but not satisfied with the overall experience. I would recommend a more buttoned up establishment unless you want to overpay for quick service during Covid.
