Loved that Rescue Plumbing came out on a holiday weekend and did not charge extra for their services. It was also terrific that Pete and Noah had a new replacement garbage disposal in their truck, so they did not have to make two separate visits to resolve my issue. Pete and Noah were professional, courteous and had my new garbage disposal installed in no time. Would definitely recommend Rescue Plumbing and we will be using them again for our plumbing needs.

I’d highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and especially Pete and Noah. I called Rescue to inspect a clog my vent stack and Pete and Noah came by a few hours later and earlier than scheduled. They were both friendly and professional throughout the entire visit, they did a thorough inspection and tried to resolve the issue, and then provided a detailed explanation of the problem and expected costs. All around good and trustworthy and would call again for any plumbing issue.

Worst customer service I've ever had; very rude, intimidated my wife, splattered human feces all over brand new wallpaper despite being specifically asked to cover them, then made up extra charges at the end

Jacob was awesome and fixed all of plumbing issues and was able to install my new kitchen faucet which had been leaking. Excellent service all around and I encourage you to hire them !

John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, thorough, and incredibly conscientious of not causing a disturbance to my tenants. The price was fair and the work was quickly completed -including the permit process. John has won himself a customer for life, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Highly recommend these guys. Called in on a Sunday morning after another company canceled. I had had a different well known company snake line my sewer last year and never offered hydro jet and claimed I needed a 12k dig and installation for clean-out. I decided to hold off on that and see how things are progressed for the year. When the issue came back up on a Saturday night, I called this morning and spoke to Thomas, he clearly walked through how his team could be out later this afternoon to fix problem. David showed up on time and completed a thorough Hydro jet and fix my problems without me having to spend on unnecessary extensive repairs. I will use this company going forward for regular ongoing maintenance to make sure my issues with tree roots and other buildup is prevented. I highly recommend this honest reliable team.

They will not honor their warranty. They will take advantage of your emergency situation and diagnose non-working repair suggestions that you don't need, like: $1,500 hydro-jetting, when all you need is a simple rod at $450. They will not talk about it with civility over the phone. They will be rude and indignant. They will not take any responsibility for a mis-diagnosis and they will make a mountain of excuses as to why nothing is their fault. This company should take more honor in their work, but they likely won't. Therefore, until then, save your pockets and save your time by going with another firm
