We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. I picked Rescue Plumbing based on their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. They are very responsive (another company I called didn’t answer and never responded to my voicemail). Dex was the main plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable. Dex has a lot of experience and both explained and showed what he was doing. The prices are reflective of emergency plumbing but worth it if you need something fixed quickly and done well.

FANTASTIC JOB !!! This was the second time I used John Baethke plumbing for work.. First time was just as great as the second. The plumber PAT was awesome this last visit, he really worked hard, the work was rough due to the age and corrosion of the pipes but he stuck to it and got it DONE !!!

I talked to Derrick from Rocket Plumbing about a leak I had from my tub. He was extremely helpful over the phone and actually helped me resolve the issue without coming to my house. Jesus was awesome. Right after moving in to our new house, we had water backup in our basement. He assessed the situation, tested it the ejector pump, and determined it was just a stuck valve most likely due to having not been used in so long prior to us moving in. He said it if happened again we could just jiggle the pipe to dislodge the valve. He tested it a few times and it DID WORK. He said if I still wanted, he could open it up and look but I decided his verdict was good enough for me. He said it was NO CHARGE and wouldn't accept payment even though I tried to insist. He was really great at explaining everything to me since I know very little about plumbing or sewer issues. He was awesome and will definitely be our go-to guy for this stuff from now on.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. He was very straightforward with his explanation and was very patient and friendly on the phone with me even though I'm just the potential buyer and not even his current client.

Best plumber ever!! Kitchen faucet stopped working Thanksgiving morning. When searching for a plumber their name came up and I recognized it from a couple years back when they replaced a toilet and injector pump in my home. Turns out owner was nearby, so he came personally and jury rigged it to last the holiday (faucet was low end Home Depot and over 15 years old so I feel confident it lived a full life!). Made replacement recs and came back to install. Highly, highly recommend!

Great service. They completed the job as promised, and are very professional and respectful. We had a larger water heater replace an older broken one and they did a great job installing it. The work was very clean and done to perfection. There were many prior errors in the plumbing and the pipes, and they fixed everything to be in the correct position and functioning properly. We love our new water heater and the nice long hot showers!

They took care of our emergency and were reasonably priced. Appreciated their approach and resolution.
