Best Replace Water Service Line in Chicago IL

Rick and Eric came out to have a look at a leaking pipe. Were able to promptly figure out the issue, cut some new pipe and install it with no issues. Super nice fellas. Special shoutout to Eric for getting into my crawlspace with me. Would definitely use these guys again.

What do you make an hour? If it's over $300.00 these are your guys. Fool me once it's one thing, fool me twice and it's on me. Well this is on me. $575.00 for an hour and a half. You heard right. An hour and a half of simply rodding out a kitchen sink drainpipe. Take a moment and think how much money that is. No really special tools were required, expertise and knowledge, yes, and what you would expect from a licensed plumbing service. A Boeing 747 pilot doesn't make that much money per hour. Ask me how I know that. I appreciate the reasonable appointment time and the personality and professionalism of the service man but who wouldn't be happy and personable when they are making THAT MUCH MONEY. This was my holiday extra money to spend on dining out and some presents. Gone gone gone, flushed down the drain, just like my common sense that I should have invoked when told how much it was going to cost. They don't lie to you, they tell you to your face that they are going to charge an exorbitant amount for their services and since you have already paid $89.50 for them to appear in your home, you just go along. BTW, the $575.00 was the cheapest option for fixing my drain..others went to double that amount, also for no real special tools and or equipment needed.

Hope your pockets are lined with gold if you call them...because they won't be when they are done with you.

These guys saved us from a disastrous weekend! The company itself was very prompt and easy to work with, and scheduled around my availability for a job that needed to be completed before our little one's birthday party. Marc (5067) was thorough, professional and friendly. The cost was exactly what we were quoted. Overall great experience and I would recommend. Got this number from H. W. H. R Chicago. Walter did not show up for the first scheduled appointment and no response was received after missing the second scheduled appointment. I will be contacting a more reliable plumber.

We had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. Making an appointment is easy because their admin staff are super organized. Both times we were able to get someone to come out within a day. The guys that came and installed our new sump pump were incredibly nice and professional. They emailed us options to fix our problem with price estimates, which made everything really clear and easy. Dan cleaned out the drain and replaced my old trash disposal. He did an amazing job. He took out the broken old disposal that has been there since I bought the house. He replaced it completely, including all of the necessary new pipes beneath the kitchen sink. A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

Jon was fantastic. My water pipe to a sink was leaking inside a wall that caused leakage though the ceiling down to the basement. We had to shut off the water to the whole house and needed an emergency fix. Jon arrived almost immediately after I called. He was very clear on price and what it would take to fix the leak before moving forward. He fixed the leak in a timely manner and was very professional.
