Best Replace Water Line in Chicago IL

I met with Pete and Noah regarding some plumbing issues that I had some concerns about and needed an estimate for how much it would cost and how long it would take. Pete was very knowledgeable and knows and loves his plumbing. He explained everything in terms that I could understand so that I could make an informed decision. There was no pressure about hiring them. Noah was very polite. They are in the top two to possible hire for this job. I only gave 4 stars as this was for an estimate, no work was done.

Roter Rooter service tech arrived on time and was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He also provided me with info on what I should do once per month to help with the problem I was having with my plumbing. Thank you Mark and I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family and will also be using them in the near future!

I called Vanguard as our bathroom sink would not unclog. They provided a clear explanation of the solution and cost over the phone. The proposal came digitally (which allows for an e-signature). Their team arrived during the committed time-frame. The two plumbers were courteous, resolved the problem, and did a great job cleaning up.

We needed a pipe replaced and the office was prompt and professional in the quote and scheduling. The guys did a great job on the repair: efficient, communicated well on what they were doing, and overall, did exactly what we needed. Would recommend First Chicago to anyone with plumbing needs in the Chicago area.

I wound recommend him and his team to anyone needing plumbing repair in times of emergencies or even basic maintenance. They are extremely professional and communicate very clearly. They made it look easy and I’m a grateful that I was able to find them especially in my moment of crisis when the water pipes in my office froze/burst.I don’t leave reviews much but this one was well deserved and I would write them a hundred more. Paul and his crew are awesome. We had a major plumbing issue that basically took our whole house out of service. His crew identified the problem and quickly fixed it. They did great quality work and took pride in it. Will gladly use them again.

Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. Thank you for your prompt service and communication skills! Will definitely be contacting Apex Plumbing again next time we have any plumbing work or issues.

My husband and I called rescue plumbers to look into a potential clogged drain under our stacked washer/dryer unit. We were initially told someone would be out same day between 10-1 and then they had to reschedule because they would need a dolley to move said washer/dryer. We called back to confirm only to find they completely cancelled our request. After making a new one we were told someone would be coming out between 4-6. No one came during that time. They eventually game around 8pm.. with no dolley!! They told us it would cost $800 alone to move the W/D without doing any work. Needless to say we went with another company. Do not recommend.

Called Sam's based on the reviews. Happy we did. We got Jim who was just GREAT! We had him back again within days to fix a different problem. He was also (respectfully) early, instead of me having to wait hours indefinitely like so many contractors. He will be our plumbing guy moving forward!

We have hot water again! Thanks to Donnie who installed a new water heater for us. He is our savior, thank you Donnie!

We used Loves Plumbing for an extensive renovation project and we can't say enough great things about the work that was done. We had a BIG project and lived in the house while the project took place, which can obviously make for a stressful experience. John was tremendously helpful in making sure we were taken care of throughout the project even going out of his way to text and follow up with us on nights and weekends to ensure we were managing ok. John was timely, honest, straight forward and was great to work with; he is our recommendation to friends and family.

My under sink hot water dispenser quit working. After receiving an outrageously high quote from another plumbing company (Bishop Plumbing rates are beyond ridiculous - about 4X) , I was lucky enough to find Apex. The owner answered the phone and dispatched someone for the next day. The next day was a huge snow storm, but they followed up first thing in the morning and actually showed up while most of the city was shut down. John, the technician did a great job, was very personable and the fee was very reasonable. This is the way it should work!
