Best Replace Water Heater in Chicago IL

I do not recommend. Upon arriving for our emergency call, the plumber that came said we had to cut some drywall to get to the drain pipe, and he would have to cut the pipe, then would rod it, all for the very high price of $2300. And he couldn't do it that night, because it would take 4 hours. (almost $600 an hour?) We thought the price was too high, and questioned the need to cut drywall since the drain was accessible from under the sink. I believe his nomenclature was the same as a famous Nintendo character. So I called a different company the next day and the guy came right out and did the job for $495, in less than 2 hours and they didn't have to cut a pipe or drywall.

Very satisfied with the work that was performed by Tom S. of John Baethke plumbing. He explained in detail my options & his experience & knowledge guided us into picking the best option. He's a gentleman & very patient while we thought about our options. Very clean work & would definitely use this company again!

My initial experience with Roto-Rooter was concerning, but once they placed me with Mike #2080 everything went much smoother. Mike was extremely professional in making sure my expectations were met from scheduling the appointment, understanding the work going into the cost estimate, and explaining what to expect after the work was completed. Mike made the experience with Roto-Rooter excellent.

We needed a new hot water installed to replace our old new that died out. They arrived on time and did a very thorough and professional job from start to finish.

First Chicago Plumbing gave us a quote based on pictures we sent, at no charge. The final bill matched the estimate exactly (aside from the fact that they discovered on-site that we needed a new garbage disposal--which, parts and labor, was an additional $320). Very thorough, and they walked us through everything. The price was very fair.

Edwin provided excellent service and was very responsive! Our floor drain backed up and Edwin was able to quickly come to our house and fix the issue. He was extremely professional and wore a mask the entire time. I would definitely recommend Chicagoland Quality Plumbing to my friends and family.

Last year we dealt with flooding in our basement due to heavy rainfall and our sewer backing up. We wanted to take preventive measures but can't afford a whole flood control system. We decided a clean check system was what was best for us. We contacted several plumbers and Father & Son was the most responsive and informative. Also one of the more affordable plumbers based on the quotes we received. They were quick to come by to assess our situation and also to schedule us in. Their work was speedy and well done. And they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Moy and Lalo did a fantastic job. Definitely will recommend.

I was super excited to have a new dishwasher installed today, only to find they refused to complete the install because the water shut off valve to the dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They told me to notify them when it was fixed so they could reschedule.

I saw Apex’s positive reviews and decided to give them a call for this relatively small job. The first person to answer was very kind, and told me the team would be in touch soon. Not even 20 minutes later I was on the phone with their dispatch team being told someone would be on site same day, in the next 5 or so hours. I got a call from Jon less than an hour later. Everyone I spoke to was positive and professional.

Service was excellent, prompt, and the team was willing to double check all the valves in my condo just to be sure the dishwasher was the only one needing to be replaced as a part of their complimentary estimate. While it may have cost less to get the part and give the replacement a go on our own, but having the job done right, done well, and done quickly was totally worth it. I’d use these guys again in a heartbeat!

He did a great job, he was super knowledgeable, and just a very gracious, kind professional. It was a really positive experience and I felt it should be pointed out.

I called Kuhn Plumbing because I needed help with the leak coming from the ceiling. 2 plumbers arrived and inspected the water damage. They were very kind to wear shoe protectors before going inside our house. They figured the leak was coming from the hot water pipe supplying our hallway bathroom. The plumbers took their time and got their materials from their car. They did a good job. I only wish they finished the job at a short time (plumbers would go in and out of the house to get materials or supplies together). I was charged $701 for the pipe repair.

Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day

Had accidentally drilling into a water line. I was able to shut off the water and schedule an appointment the next day. Vincent was very efficient with his repair, which likely saved me a few bucks than he originally quoted. Thanks again!

These guys are a lifesaver. Was finishing up a small renovation when the gas provider shut off the gas. These guys at Sam's Plumbing And Rodding came out super quick, scoped out the work, gave me a proposal overnight and got to work within a week. Permits were pulled, gas compoany had a half dozen guys checking out there work and they all said they love seeing Sam's Plumbing And Rodding work. I kid you not, they told me it was the one plumber they knew whose work was always solid without flaws.
