Another quality plumbing repair by Vanguard! Our fridge water supply line sprung a leak, and after an appliance repair company declined to do the work, we called Vanguard. This was the second time we had engaged Vanguard, and the two-man crew was every bit as courteous, competent and professional this time as it was last time. They were punctual, wore shoe covers inside (and otherwise respected our property), worked diligently to replace the plastic supply line with a copper one, cleaned up after themselves, and performed the work in less time than estimated, saving us money. Plumbers even diagnosed and quickly fixed a small leak in our kitchen sink faucet, which was beyond the scope of the quoted work, and asked, “Anything else?” before leaving. I would not hesitate to use Vanguard again, or to recommend them. Highly professional!!

I honestly cannot rave enough about my great experience with Rocket Plumbing! My service tech was Jimmy and he was an absolute life saver. Before I even get into the experience, I love the fact that you can track where and how far with an ETA of when the service technician is to arrive (this was a godsend with a newborn at home). Once Jimmy arrived as indicated, he took his calculated time to see where the issue at hand was. My issue, that was thankfully resolved, was a floor drain overflowing. Jimmy was able to identify where the clean out was and cleared out the obstruction. They even have the option of a live camera feed within your pipes to see how extent the damage could be which I completely jumped on for piece of mind (roots, etc.) All I can say is I very likely did the same thing as you when faced with this issue and did a mad dash to Home Depot when the flooding occurred. Simply put, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and call a professional which Jimmy and Rocket Plumbing was for me and my family. You will not be disappointed.

I've worked with Jesus and his team twice, both times great service and professionalism. We had a clogged drain line last year that they inspected and hydrojetted, they also found a broken pipe (luckily it was on the city's side). They helped with the repair permit and with showing the broken pipe to the city inspector. We used them again this year for camera and root removal. Great team, definitely recommend!

First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! I HAVE A 5 YR MAINTAINANCE PLAN..IT WAS OK SERVICE AT FIRST....LAST TIME THEY WERE HERE THEY LEFT MY CONDENSING UNIT WITH 6 PANEL SCREWS MISSING..REAR PANEL WAS PROPPED UP BY A BRICK..TOP SCREWSWERE TO SECURE THE FAN..SO THE FAN WAS LOOSE AND RATTLED EVERY TIME IT CAME ON..I CALLED ABOUT IT TWICE..THERE WAS NO RESPONSE...THIS IS A UNIT THAT I PAID 13K TO INSTALL,,,ONLY CONCLUSION I CAME TO WAS SABOTAGE...I FINALLY REPLACED THE SCREWS MYSELF AND IS NOW REPLACING THIS COMPANY

Maryann was very customer friendly very informative. The plumber did not give me the same price Maryann quoted, she quoted 150.00 per hour, he wasn't even here a good 25min, and he charged me 165.00 dollars, but it is what it is. I understand that if they are here for 15min its still 150.00 dollars, but why would he charge me a extra 15.00 dollars. I've known Mr yerkes for many many years, he was always very knowledgeable, and helpful with any Diy project I was doing, by me being a female I made many mistakes, and Mr yerkes had many laughs on me, he his a great friend .I wish he still had his hardware
