This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well

In less than 2 hours, Chris came to our house and found the issue. He provided the options that we have and of course his recommendation. He was very a helpful, polite, professional person who knew what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. Both my wife and I were very happy about their work in general. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received. Our service was scheduled for noon to 4 pm yesterday. I received a phone call at 11:20 am. Our technician was running ahead of schedule and I was asked if it would be ok if he arrived in 20-30 minutes. I was thrilled I hate wasting all day waiting for repair people to arrive. When Joe arrived at my home, I explained the problem and my concerns. He quickly determined what was needed. While the job was more involved and therefore more expensive than I had hoped, he did a great job and I feel confident the problem has been fixed.

When my workshop drain started spilling onto the floor. I called Goode Plumbing and they set up a same day service call. Mike K. and his right hand man Jared quickly evaluated the situation and cause of the back up and cleared things out from several locations in my business’ building. Once completed they took the time to thoroughly test the entire system to make sure they had accomplished the job fully, they demonstrated the successful clean out to me with a flow test and my shop floor is now clear of standing water thanks to their diligent efforts.

Replaced all my fixtures and drains, a bathroom vanity and repaired the water main without opening the cement floor, as other plumbers said was required. Really fast and precise, worked clean, and made special arrangements to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommended. Thanks, Mr.Flores and Diego! It was a pleasure. Looking for a plumber in Hyde Park, Chicago and Apex advertises they specialize in Hyde Park. Called to set up an appointment and they told me we were outside their service area, despite the fact that WE ARE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF HYDE PARK. Don't waste my time with false advertising.

I called Eric shortly after 9:00am to have a kitchen faucet replaced. By 11:45am he had picked up a new faucet and before 12:30pm the job was complete. Thanks for the quick and easy service.
