The young lady I dealt with over the phone as well as Pat #1899 the service man who replaced the toilet seal were professional, polite and informative.As to the price I have no point of reference to make a judgment one way or the other. All I know is that they showed up quickly and fixed the problem. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others based on this experience.

We had a really unique situation where our kitchen sink disposal was backing up into our guest shower—talk about gross. Edwin handled it very professionally. He found the root of the problem, corrected it, and gave us easy maintenance directions to prevent it from happening again. We have since used Edwin for a few other things that have popped up. Hugh Jordan was great! We’re under contract on an older home, and out of an abundance of caution wanted to have the sewer main line scoped so we would know if there was anything pressing there. This company was prompt, easy to book, easy to pay for, and very helpful. Jordan was on time, and even took a look at the kitchen line.
