Best Main Water Line Replacement in Chicago IL

Pete and Noah came to my condo to inspect a water stain on my neighbor’s ceiling in the unit below. They looked for root cause and advised a seal for crumbling grout areas within my shower to first see if that solves the issue. If that doesn’t work, he’ll come out for a deeper inspection which would require cutting into drywall.

My toilet broke on a Saturday! I called Roto-Rooter because I know they don't charge extra for the weekend. They came right away, fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price to my delight. I had a great experience with this company! The lady who answers the phone was very nice, they were able to come to my home the same day and were even a little early, and the technician that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem ended up being a soft blockage so water was ran in shower and sink and toilet flushed several times and the problem was solved. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing! What a wonderful surprise! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that arise.

I was late by 15 min dropping the kids off at school, but Ben waited for me. Fortunately the water heater lighted up again without a problem (I might of been doing it wrong), Ben showed me how to start it.
