Best Main Sewer Line Replacement in Chicago IL

I had Ben out to my house a couple of days ago and I just can’t say enough good things about him, he was on time, he was very professional, and was such a gentleman, treated my house like it was his house, he fixed my problem which was not a easy task, and after completing the job he cleaned up better than what it looked like before, I would recommend his company to everyone and I will, as he was leaving I felt like not only is he my plumber but I felt like he was everybody’s friend that cares a lot about the problem that occurs in your house, and what really impressed me was he called me the next day to make sure everything was ok and if I had any other questions for him, thanks Ben for all the hard work and dedication

Had used Roto-Rooter about 10 years ago for the same service, having the sewer pipe from the house cleared out. Website for scheduling was very easy showing same day availability with times. Email acknowledgment was prompt. The scheduler called ahead and the technician was available to an hour ahead of schedule. He had our previous work history on his company app and was able to clearly quote and take payment for the new job. They hit every mark on the customer service experience. Would definitely use them again.

Mike was great. We wanted to close an old grease trap in our basement, and another plumber made it sound like a huge job. Mike said Goode Plumbing could do it a better way for less money, and explained everything carefully. Then he accidently found a leak with our 30 year old water heater, and was able to offer us a great price for a replacement. No upselling, straightforward assessment of our problem, showed up on time. And then our neighbor saw his van and asked if Mike could look at a problem in her house, and he went right over when he was done with us. I wish we had called Goode first.

I cannot say enough good things about Edwin and his company. He takes what he does seriously and respects his customers’ time and needs. His work is outstanding, his prices are always reasonable, he is on time and he is easy to reach. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Zuniga's Plumbing. Walter is very knowledgeable and cooperative and helped me with many issues from minor repairs to updating the plumbing on a gut rehab and working with the city to fix sewer issues. I had a previous plumber cause so much damage and Walter was able to come in and fix his mistakes. Zuniga's is the real deal:)

Emergency - basement flooding

After some heavy rains my basement started flooding. I had no idea what to do so I googled a plumber and came across Apex Plumbing. I saw all of the good reviews and pleased customers so I gave them a call. I could not have been happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was professional and nice.
