Ron is very professional and very informative. He was responsive and got here quickly when we needed to get our kitchen pipes fixed when it burst from the cold. The work was finished within 2 hours and the price is very comprehensive.

Tim was absolutely great. Very professional & honest. He took the time to explain everything going on & what he was doing to fix it.The first time we called the company, they said a tech would be to our home by 9:15pm. Around 10pm we called and they said we were not on their list and quickly hung up on us. We had to call again the following morning to make a new appointment. We were told a crew would come by later with cameras to determine how bad damage was but we never heard back from anyone.Service was great when they were here but seems to be a lack of communication and lack of professionalism on their night crew dispatch.

Jan is not only reliable but really goes the extra mile. First time I called them (smelly upstairs washer basin drain) they knew it was an easy fix and just told me what to do vs trying to make easy money off me. It built trust. Then when I really needed them for a utility rm gas leak in our new house I didn't think twice. High prices but peace of mind. Also plumber who did work had great personality and did A+ work (I thought I showed him the main leak but it wasn't bad compared to the higher one he found). Great location for events.. this was the Pizza Festival ?

Had a blockage in my 4 unit rental. Came out on a Saturday and rodded. Then suggested catch basin should be cleared out. Scheduled that and had a truck clear it out following week. He seemed like he really knew the art of plumbing. Very straightforward. Not cheap but fair. Month later water coming up through my sump pump at my own house. I flipped breaker and texted him. Water started receding. He said it was probably toilet paper and that breaker probably fixed it. Nice guy!

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. Walter and his team were amazing - I have so much to say about Zuniga's Plumbing. In short - they resuscitated my bathroom gut and remodel project!

Let's start with integrity and fairness. I know that everyone is incredibly busy and overbooked. I get it. However, a little honesty goes a very long way. That is exactly what I experienced with Walter and his team and I believe their integrity and fair business practices will be always be rewarded with new and repeat business. They were also extremely empathetic (a prior contractor abandoned the job after receiving my deposit...) and accommodating with regard to my scheduling needs.

Now, regarding the actual plumb work - skillful work done beautifully to code! Walter and his team are plumbing artisans and they stand behind their work. His team removed old outdated rusty pipes and installed new pipes for my bathroom, re-piped sloppy sump pump line work, and set me up for success for my future kitchen remodel. They also just installed my new bathroom sink and faucet, new toilet, and tub/shower fixtures. Because of Zuniga's Plumbing, I have a beautiful bathroom and I have learned a very valuable lesson - NEVER cut corners!! You ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for! Now, I am so grateful and I have peace of mind.

We scheduled an appt almost 1 week in advance. The 2 hr time window was coming to an end and we hadn't heard so I reached out. I was told 3 times that they were 'on their way'. After the time window was up and still no one had arrived, I called again and was told they would be there soon. The 5th time I called someone finally told me that my job was assigned to someone who wasn't working that day and the manager would reach out to me in the morning to reschedule.

I ended up calling them twice in the morning and never heard back. To be non-responsive after having provided zero updates on the scheduled date of service is not acceptable.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.
