Tom was very professional. He answered every question I had and educated me in the process of what the plan was to repair our plumbing issue. We called in the morning and he was out at our home within a few hours.

Given a four hour window and told the person I needed someone today and if they could not come today I would call someone else. Was assured they would make it today. Get a call 2 and a half hours later that they wouldn't be making it today and let's reschedule for tomorrow. What a waste of my time as I could have had someone out here. Unbelievable.

During heavy rains, water backed up in a drain just outside our basement door. Water flooded the basement floor. We called Vanguard, which we have used four times before, and sent pictures of the drain. The next day they set up an appointment for two days hence, then called later because they could come a day earlier. The two Vanguard servicemen quickly assessed the situation, removed the drain cover and began clearing the drain. At one point I saw one worker with his arm almost completely in the drain as he removed the dead leaves and other materials that caused the clog. The workers used our hose to flush the drain, making sure the water flowed to our sump pump and out into city sewers. It all took about 20 minutes.

When I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC, there was someone on the other end ready and listening to problem. She was very kind and knowledgeable. In no time, I received a call from the technician who observed time and got the job done well.

We have used Chicagoland Plumbing for years and Edwin has never let us down. He is extremely reliable and responsive and will take as long as he needs to fix the problem. This last time, we had our laundry sink overflow and after clearing the drain, he correctly identified the problem as overflow from our catch basin. This is just the latest example of his excellent work.

I’d highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and especially Pete and Noah. I called Rescue to inspect a clog my vent stack and Pete and Noah came by a few hours later and earlier than scheduled. They were both friendly and professional throughout the entire visit, they did a thorough inspection and tried to resolve the issue, and then provided a detailed explanation of the problem and expected costs. All around good and trustworthy and would call again for any plumbing issue.

The technician was great. He was at my house when he said he would be. He just had to change out a service line to the stool. I guessed a 15 minute job and he was done in under 5. The service was quick and professional. He answered all questions and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. He also took the time to put ID tags on all of the main water lines in the house and gave some suggestions to keep everything in tip top shape.
