Goode Plumbing is a top notch service provider from start to finish. Alex came out to do an estimate and took time to listen to my issue/concerns and offered multiple options in regards to cost and timeliness. Ian came out on two days with a different apprentice each day (David, Ashton). They were by far the most professional, respectful , and friendly young tradesmen that have ever passed through our home. Their attention to detail shows in the quality of their work. We will use Goode Plumbing again for future projects.

We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Maryann was very customer friendly very informative. The plumber did not give me the same price Maryann quoted, she quoted 150.00 per hour, he wasn't even here a good 25min, and he charged me 165.00 dollars, but it is what it is. I understand that if they are here for 15min its still 150.00 dollars, but why would he charge me a extra 15.00 dollars. I've known Mr yerkes for many many years, he was always very knowledgeable, and helpful with any Diy project I was doing, by me being a female I made many mistakes, and Mr yerkes had many laughs on me, he his a great friend .I wish he still had his hardware

Last year we dealt with flooding in our basement due to heavy rainfall and our sewer backing up. We wanted to take preventive measures but can't afford a whole flood control system. We decided a clean check system was what was best for us. We contacted several plumbers and Father & Son was the most responsive and informative. Also one of the more affordable plumbers based on the quotes we received. They were quick to come by to assess our situation and also to schedule us in. Their work was speedy and well done. And they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Moy and Lalo did a fantastic job. Definitely will recommend.

Walter came in and saved the day on our major plumbing issues. We originally started working with a different plumbing company who needed Walter's assistance and he came in and immediately identified the issues and came up with a plan to fix everything. He was a true professional and always kept me apprised of what was happening.

Additionally, he worked well with the plumbing inspector (from Park Ridge) and performed all the repairs as per their plumbing code. I would definitely call him again if any other plumbing work was ever needed.

I don't know what kind of stars to give - because they did not come to our house. They said that there would be a charge just for coming to the house without being able to give even a ball park estimate of the cost. I asked to provide a ball park estimate of the cost of rodding a downspout line - and said I wouldn't hold them to it, and they said that they could not even give a ball park estimate over the phone. I can understand wanting to know the situation - but I found services that would come out at zero charge, assess the situation and then give an estimate. Paying $99 to get someone just to show up without having any idea what it might cost after than doesn't make sense to me.

Ben was great! He arrived early and waited for me to arrive at my new home - listened to what I needed repaired and presented me with options that he took care of on the spot. He made several trips to a nearby hardware store to get parts and even made a special trip back to install a facet for me after he located a special nut to complete the project. Outstanding service, on time and early to start work benefitting my schedule. Expensive service charged from ABC plumbing that I got for 500$ less with Circle. A lot of experience with the workers and you can tell its a small business vibe making more of an important focus. Utilized them to install a plumbing cutout for easy access to clearing my plumbing which required them to dig a 9ft hole in my front yard. They did they work and put all my yard work back to where it was before they started. The best plumbing experience of the 3 companies I've worked with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY FOR YOUR WORK
