Had my kitchen sink faucet replaced. The plumber that did the work, Nathan, was very professional and swapped out faucets correctly. New faucet works great. Arrived on time, wore shoe covers to keep my place clean, provided a full list of options depending on the level of repair I was looking for. Had follow up from the owner after I had questions about pricing so I really appreciate that. Thank you!

I filled out an appointment form online Sunday night 11:45 pm and I got an appointment confirmation email within 30 minutes for an appointment the very next morning for 8am. The plumber Felipe was great. On time, helpful professional. He did his best to keep the rest of the house clean. Very Polite. They had a pipe camera and showed me exactly what the problem was. I was VERY happy with the service. But wow their labor charges are high. You get what you pay for though. The plumber even helped me clean up some of the backed up sewage in my shower.

Surprise plumbing problems are never fun. When you wake up in the morning and find streams of water in your basement it can ruin your day.
Luckily, Jan and his team at Vanguard are not only responsive (hard to get that these days without run around), professional, but most of all perfection is their goal. I was walked step by step through the process with updates on cost. Site was left clean and I was able to relax not having dripping water.

Do not use Rob West plumbing. We were convinced by Rob to fix something that wasn't broke (first red flag) and quoted $1,000 to do the job. The next day we find out it would cost $400 more to finish the work. We reluctantly agreed. Almost 1 month later, we get an invoice for an extra $1,000. If I had found out this at the time, I would have found a new plumber! I will never use this company again and will advise others to do the same.

Vanderbosch worked on the kitchen sink in my parents’ house in April. They were so efficient I used them for my condo. They’re licensed in Chicago, knowledgeable about condo requirements and handled all condo document requirements in a timely fashion. An absolute dream to work with.

I had an emergency where tree roots had clogged my unde ground system dirty sewer water was coming up thru my tub and bubbling out of my toilet. I was totally freaked out. I needed someone like yesterday. I called a couple places and could not get immediate service. I then called Go Rooter. They came out that day assesses the situation, told me what was going on and that they had performed a solution that would allow me access to my bathroom, gave me a time that they would return the next day of which they did with a permit and worked very hard . Before the day was over I had total access to my bathroom. The only thing I wanted an forgot to get was a copy of the picture they took of the sewer.

I recently used Power Plumbing and they impressed me so much I will be a customer for life. Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. Lo and behold, their tips were right and they saved me time/money/frustration once again. Honest, fast, great value- can't recommend them enough.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We had two plumbing companies come out to give us an estimate on a job. Benjamin from Apex was extremely professional and courteous and provided an estimate extremely quickly. The second company came out and we asked them a few questions about what Benjamin had told us and they were completely unable to answer they also didn’t provide a timely estimate. Apex and Benjamin are excellent plumbers and business people as they get the job done with the upmost professionalism. Additionally, I was home with a newborn baby who was a little fussy and Benjamin had a tip on how to hold her to calm her down. Thanks, Apex and Benjamin!
