Came out and helped us after the deep Chicago freeze. Clearly communicated when he would be able to come and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Very polite and easy mannered. And a very reasonable price for the services. Would definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Henry from Kavana's Plumbing was fantastic and he performed professional work. When I contacted Kavana's, Henry was able to call me right back and was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and provided great service. The drain clog was a stubborn one, but Henry was determined to clear the line and he was able to have the bathroom drain run better than it had before. 1st let me say how detailed Walter was with informing me on what was wrong. He walked me through everything with such detail. He gave me his plan and the best most cost effective way to execute it. Him & his crew came the next day, on time ready to work and cleaned all areas they worked in. Throughout the repair he kept me informed on what was being done. Tech did a great job clearing our underground drains to the storm sewer from our downspouts. Hydro-jetted, scoped with camera, had to detach downspouts and cleared one out by hand of a significant clog. Price was very reasonable. Explained all work and was agreeable to checking additional problem areas to make sure we didn't miss anything.

Service was provided within the time frame allotted. Service was professional, courteous and performed excellent. He also took time to show how to avoid my issue in the future. I will call for any future issues.

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

I had some leaking pipes to my hot water tank. I called CJ Plumbing & they got a plumber to my house within 30 minutes & replaced the leaking sections of pipe. Now that's outstanding service! I used them to replace a couple broken toilets a few months ago as well. Couldn't be happier with them!

Highly recommend these guys. Called in on a Sunday morning after another company canceled. I had had a different well known company snake line my sewer last year and never offered hydro jet and claimed I needed a 12k dig and installation for clean-out. I decided to hold off on that and see how things are progressed for the year. When the issue came back up on a Saturday night, I called this morning and spoke to Thomas, he clearly walked through how his team could be out later this afternoon to fix problem. David showed up on time and completed a thorough Hydro jet and fix my problems without me having to spend on unnecessary extensive repairs. I will use this company going forward for regular ongoing maintenance to make sure my issues with tree roots and other buildup is prevented. I highly recommend this honest reliable team.

My water heater was leaking so I went through my home insurance to make a claim. Home insurance sends out these clowns. 4S plumbing reports back to my insurance that the water heater needs to be replaced and that I need $415 in other parts not covered by the insurance company. I wasn’t there when the new water heater got installed. They did replace the water heater but also made out with $415.
The tech told me the $415 was for labor. Scammers.
The insurance covers the labor. All I should of payed was the deductible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you do read good reviews it’s probably them that are writing them.

They came over to replace the toilet flush valve and to repair leaking shower valves. This is as simple as it gets as far as plumbing goes.
They used no parts and were there less than 2 hours.
They charged $724.15..... RIDICULOUS!
My mother in law got these guys out of a church bulliten, thinking they must be honest.

Used his services twice and he did a great job
