Had a clog in the house main plumbing line , had a different plumber come out to Rod the line . The next 2 days , the problem was worse .So I called a new plumber (Ray, with emergency plumbers ) , he came out on that weekend day. Was very responsive , nice , did rodding again but farther out to sewer , fixed the blockage . Thanks ray

Ray is incredible - ever since purchasing a troublesome house, he’s been on my speed dial and always arrives quickly and is very good at explaining the issue and walking through the steps to fix it. Very reasonable pricing compared to competitors we’ve used who provided half the service Ray does. We will eagerly keep going to him and encouraging others to as well!

I called this company in the middle of the night and I had a life person taken my information and plumber guy Joseph called me back right away an agreed to come to take a look at the problem we had. We had a burst radiator and because this was a time when in Chicago after the great freeze when warmer temp. started all the pipes that was frozen before start leaking and nobody wanted to help us. Joseph came and was able to find the problem. I thank God for help and I thank Joseph for help. Great service and very reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend their services.

David was awesome. I called Good Guys after calling two to three other plumbers with no response. David called me within 30 minutes of my service request and even came to my apartment and fixed a burst pipe within 1.5 hours of me receiving his call. He made sure the job was done right and was very patient with my questions. I will be using Good Guys from now on. They are professional, timely, and provide quality customer service.

Glad to have finally found a great plumber! Ray came out on Sunday to address a leaky water heater. No extra weekend/emergency charge. They installed a new water heater for me a couple of days later and worked tirelessly to get it done (the job was more complex than normal, and they made sure everything was done how I asked). Price was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came out to assess the issue and how soon they were able to replace the water heater. They worked cleanly and quickly and the dispatcher and plumbers were easy to communicate with. Heads and shoulders above every other plumber I've used. Thank you!

Ray came to my home during the deep freeze to help with my frozen pipes. They not only solved the problem but went out of their way to pick-up a space heater for me since my car was out of state. Ray followed-up to make sure all of the problems were solved.I called four companies, and Good Guys were the only one so respond, and I'm glad they did. I highly recommend this company and will use again!

Our shower faucet handle broke off on Sunday afternoon of memorial day weekend. It was spurting out hot water everywhere. We had to shut off the main water to the house which meant no water for our family with three young kids.Other plumbers weren't available because of the holiday weekend or because of all the calls they got that week due to recent heavy rains and flooding. But that didn't stop the Good Guys!Ray got to our house within 2 hours of our initial call, fix everything and get our water back on before the kids needed to be in bed. He was clean, professional and did great work.

I was very pleased with the service of Good Guys. I called at 5:30 PM and received a follow up call within 30 min. letting me know a plumber could come by 7:30 PM. The guys were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They fixed my leaking dishwasher that was the result of a botched installation job by hhgregg. The price seemed reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

To say that they provided quick efficient and professional service would be an understatement. Joseph came to our home and got right to work and we were very impressed by how quickly he got our toilets to work on all three floors. Joseph and his boss came back many times and provided service that was true to their business name. its safe to say we will call them if we have additional plumbing needs.

Nothing like waking up to a cold shower in January! Our water heater was at the end of its life and I was so happy to have the Good Guys answering the phone early on a Saturday morning. Rey came over within a couple of hours, provided a free estimate, returned with a new water heater and replaced the old one. Everything was cleaned up neat and tidy when he left. Great job - will definitely use again.

Emergency water heater replace. Old one went threw my floor. They installed the new one, replaced my floor and fixed a very stubborn drain clog. They worked till 2 am and removed everything. Dominic was awesome and I have used them again. They are great. Highly recommended

Ray always comes through when we need him, and he’s responsive and easy to work with. He’s helped at the building I live in for years. My Landlord lives out of state so it’s really nice to know I have someone to call on to handle things if something goes awry. I’d definitely recommend the Good Guys. They live up to their name!

Our family has had more than its fair share of car and house problems over the years; and when something happens, like a leak in your plumbing that has water squirting through the seams of your kitchen floor, and another leak soaking the carpet in front of your bathroom door, you start to panic. You start freaking out. At least, I know I did. All I can say is, thank God I stumbled upon these two good guys, Dominic and his brother Ray S. I mean, they truly are the epitome of the “good guy” you are looking for. They are reliable, hardworking, and very sociable. Within minutes of talking with them and seeing how they worked, I knew we were lucky to have found them. I only wish I could have recorded the whole process. It was quite impressive. In the end, the leaks were found and fixed—both well within our budget. Thank you so much Dominic & Ray!!

Nice young man responded quickly and came out same day for a non-emergency, non after-hours dishwasher backup. No other backups, I just poured a thick substance in my sink night before. Got a $625 estimate for rod out from 3rd floor of home to 1st floor catch basin which seemed extremely high and way off of national averages. Did not use.

These guys were quick and efficient. I had a tenant in one of my condos that was having some issues with their toilet. It appeared that the flush valve and flapper needed to be replaced and even though I am many things, a plumber is not one of them. I tried and failed. Given that it was 7:30 pm and also my wife's birthday that night, I had to find a quick solution so I could still make dinner. So I called these guys and within 50 minutes (30 of those minutes was travel time) my tenant was up and running. What a life saver. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and will be sure to call them with any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with the service. Very affordable, Fast, and efficient professionals. I was up to my ankles bucketing water in my basement from a storm earlier this week. I was a mess, I called this company and they had a plumber at my house within 15min. He fixed my blockage and now I can rest easy knowing I will not flood again. I highly recommend them, hands down best plumbers!

Still waiting for plumber to show up! I had them come out to rod the catch basin and they charged $500. That’s including emergency fee. Less then 3 weeks later, I’m having the same issue. I called early in the morning and he arrived at 7pm. He said upon arrival that they can’t honer the 30 day guarantee because it rained and the rained caused it. So it’s another $185. I didn’t feel like arguing because I was limited on options because we still can’t use our water because of the clogged drain. So I tell them ok, so then he sets up and his equipment and it doesn’t work. They actually tried to blame my power outlets for his equipment not powering on. So I had plug into my neighbors outlet to prove that it’s his equipment that doesn’t work. He said he would come back in the morning and it’s 3pm and still nobody has arrived. I keep getting the run around.

The young man who came was very nice. He did what we called him for. Our only complaint is that he charged us way too much. He charged $345. and it was just a blockage and he was done in no time. We did approve the amount but I checked 2 other plumbers and one was $155. and the second was $175. We need a couple of other things done, but we will not call them.

I had a bad leak in the first floor of my house that was leaking into the basement and I had no water going to my second floor. I called Good Guy's and was told someone would be out in an hour. Well Eddie showed up 20 minutes later and got everything fixed along with some other things we wanted done at a reasonable rate. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. I will be calling them for a few other repairs in the future.

I live in a apartment so i pay rent, i had bad back up in the garden unit. My landlord was no where to be found so i panicked. I called around could not reach any plumbers that would come out right away, i specified it was an emergency. I found Good Guys, They came out within the hour pretty quick. They diagnosed the problem pump went out, so they replaced it they also had to rooter a line too. They fixed it! Thank God i found these guys to fix this horrendous problem. They were very helpful they also helped me move stuff which they didn't have to. Thank you Good Guys!!!!

Good Guys Plumbers truly live up to thier name! Thier response time was very quick and they addressed the problem head on right from the start and resolving it in a timely and effective manner. Both techs were very friendly and highly professional, communicating everything as it happened and being very straightforward about everything. They even did a bang up cleaning job and left the situation looking a million times better. Good Guys rock!

Had a pipe break under my sink. Called about 6 or 7 different plumbing companies. These guys gave me the best rate to come out last minute!! Didn't charge for estimate like these other companies. Ray came out, was very professional, and fixed the problem fast. DEFINITELY recommend these guys.

I called 4 Plumbers, and EPGG called back and came out right away. The person who came out helped me troubleshoot a leek in my basement. After shutting off different areas of water supplies, we determined the leak was coming from the refrigerator water line. I told him I could replace it, thanks for all the help. He said no problem, gave me his card and left with no charge! I will definitely recommend and use them again!

If it was possible to give zero start, we would. We've been waiting for an emergency technician for three days; he keeps saying, when we call him, that he's a half hour out and has changed the window for his ETA fifteen times. If we had known how appalling their service was, we so would have called another service provider...days ago. Please, if you have an emergency, call ANYONE ELSE, but do not call The Good Guys because they are far from good!!
