The young lady I dealt with over the phone as well as Pat #1899 the service man who replaced the toilet seal were professional, polite and informative.As to the price I have no point of reference to make a judgment one way or the other. All I know is that they showed up quickly and fixed the problem. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others based on this experience.

My gas was shut off during the winter due to a leak in my laundry area. J Sewer and Drain Plaining came within the hour, found the issue and had it repaired shortly after. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Staff was extremely friendly and professional!

We've used First Chicago a couple times. Back in May, our sump pump died during some heavy rain. First Chicago was able to get out that day, and put in a new solid sump pump at a good price. They were very consultative, and walked me through what they were seeing with our new house. They also tested out our backup and showed me that it had died. We liked them so much that we had them come back recently to install a new backup sump pump system. Again, they were great to work with this time as well (shout out to Martin for the great work.) Will definitely use these guys for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

The dispatcher was kind and prompt with the appointment time. A plumber was sent who managed to to fix the issues within a short period of time. I was impressed with the quality of their work and I would definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issues.

Edwin with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing did a great job for us. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. He replaced the toilet, kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and all the shower hardware. Matt quoted me the exact price I paid. My water heater was in the basement and was not an emergency replacement - by any stretch, but was leaking. I called him, just before the Holidays, and he worked his schedule as best he could considering the Holidays and running as an independent contractor. I would call Matt again in a heat beat!
