I was 'accidentally' quarantined in Florida for 3 months, and when I came home, my garbage disposal wasnt working. Ugh! I was fortunate enough to come across Baethke Plumbing. The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up my appt couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. Even with all the flooding that was currently going on in Chicago, she was able to get a plumber scheduled in less than 48 hours. Their communication about the time they would arrive was great, and when Tom came to my house I was impressed with his 'covid compliancy' practices and procedures. He was knowledgable, professional and made additional recommendations. He was able to fix my garbage disposal for a fair price and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service I received. 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend!

I was expecting a large upfront cost and taking a long time to get out to me because it was a Sunday, but the cost was reasonable and they were out within 2 hours. No pressure situation where the rep gave me the quote and didn't try to pressure with doom and gloom if I did not get it resolved immediately. Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave tips on preventing it from happening again and if it does what the issue likely would be.

I had a bad bathroom drain clog and my usual plumber couldn't get here to work on it. I called Jan at Vanguard and he was able to come out within the hour. Jan is very professional and fair. (Not to mention the fact that he is a very nice and polite man.) Also, he has good attention to detail. He left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. My drain runs clear and I have Jan to thank. I will happily have Jan back again next time I need a plumber.

Jimmy was on time, very communicative and answered all of my questions. We have had him out on 2 separate occasions for our sewer and both times he went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and that we were given all the information we needed. The pricing is upfront and fair. They are the only place I call now when I have any plumbing needs.

We've used First Chicago a couple times. Back in May, our sump pump died during some heavy rain. First Chicago was able to get out that day, and put in a new solid sump pump at a good price. They were very consultative, and walked me through what they were seeing with our new house. They also tested out our backup and showed me that it had died. We liked them so much that we had them come back recently to install a new backup sump pump system. Again, they were great to work with this time as well (shout out to Martin for the great work.) Will definitely use these guys for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

We've utilized Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding Inc several times and just used them again for the installation of a new pressure-assist toilet. Everyone we dealt with in the context of the service was a pleasure to work with. Jeff Martins, the plumber who performed the work, did a terrific job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. Couldn't be happier!

I was recommended to Goode Plumbing by other happy customers who really trusted their work and their warranties for the work performed. I met with John L. and he thoroughly explained all the options and answered all of my questions. He was even able to provide a “quiet” feature that our old plumber never offered after I completed about the noise at our sump pump. We also decided to purchase their 5 year maintenance plan. The service technicians that came out the same day as our quote from John were friendly, professional, and clean. Would definitely recommend.

A drain in my basement was draining slowly and the p-trap of the drain appeared to be broken. I called the plumber in to dig up the floor around the drain and put in a new pipe with a p-trap. They dug up the pipe and found some problems with the connection to the sewer. They had to do more extensive repairs than first suspected. They completed the job in a day and a half and the price came in higher than the estimate but about what I expected given the additional work. The basement floor was restored with a layer of concrete around the new drain cover.

Eddie is great person to ask and he completed sump pump installment by himself in less an hour! Amazing work and great job with repair and definitely will use this company if I have any plumbing issues.

Hugh has been “our guy” for our 13 unit building boiler for years. We’ve used him for normal maintenance but we also had to completely replace our boiler last year and Hugh came in with a very competitive bid and the work was well done.

I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

I called as I needed work done on a house I was selling, they were able to come out within the next couple days and resolve the issue quickly. They cleaned up after and write up a detailed receipt so I could provide this to the people buying my house. I was thrilled that they were able to do this as fast as they were and were very honest and up front as to what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. This lead to no surprises and a happy customer!

I would first like to say that Eric The Plumber is very Professional. I had an emergency with the faucet/shower in my bathroom. Needless to say, the day that I called he gave me a time to come out to inspect the situation, within no time I knew what the issue was and had an estimate. Eric came out the next day (which was today), fixed the problem and explained to me what had happened and given advice on preventing other issues. I am extremely appreciative for the excellent work he did on short notice. I will continue to utilize his services as well as tell others about him. Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.
