Best Drain Repair in Chicago IL

I called Benjamin (who is great and responded immediately) and two people from his team (Pete and Noah) came to our condo the next day to review an issue with our toilets. They were on time, friendly, honest and helpful. Would highly recommend Pete, Noah and this company.

I am so pleased with the service I received today from Pete and Omar. I scheduled a service visit last night and they arrived first thing in the morning to handle our obnoxious washing machine drain problem that’s been a thorn in our sides since we purchased our unit years ago. Not only were they kind and professional, but Pete walked me through all my possible options for repair. We live in a “quirky” old building that has a slew of plumbing issues, not including those within our unit. They gave me information about our drain configuration that other companies had not mentioned and knew exactly how to tackle the problem and give us an estimate. We had them rod our drain while we mull over the estimate and plan of action, and they went above and beyond. After discovering my supply hoses were on their last legs, they set us up with an extra durable set so they will ideally last for years. They bill by the job (which I appreciate given our building is old and repairs are sometimes more time-consuming) and took their time making sure their work was sturdy. Pete taught me about things as he went and alerted me to a valve issue (and other issues) that we’ll need to tackle down the road.

I was just remarking to my husband several days ago that there’s no integrity left in business, but Pete and Omar certainly reversed that opinion. This means a lot, especially being a female client who is used to being talked down to or brushed aside. Thanks, guys!

Having worked John Baethke & Son in the past, I have found them to be professional, prompt, persistent and to do quality work. I recently used them for a toilet and shower repair, and they quickly identified and remedied the problem.

Mike and the gang from Rocket Plumbing are the best in the business. I've had them here at my Jefferson Park home for three repairs, including a check valve installation, and, most recently, a sewer line repair. Each time they've done excellent work at a fair price, have been communicative and informative, and have never tried to upsell unnecessary services. Owner's son came to our home and did great work finding and fixing a slow draining main line. He was friendly, knowledgable and kind. Prices were fair. Would definitely hire them again.

One of the pipes in the kitchen had a leak and water was overflowing all over.Called this company and they were able to come despite the after hrs. Ben worked way past normal business hours, went through my issue and was able to stop the leak he, went over and beyond by adding an extra part on the overflow, did an excellent job cleaning up

Toilet leaking, explained needed better seal and added a shimmy as the floor was uneven

Had a leak under our tub. They ended up having to replace a pipe in a tight spot. These guys were awesome, on time and super clean after the job. Will definitely call them again if we have another issue in the future.

Jose T. made the first visit to discuss radiator issues and provide a quote. Everything was well explained, and all my questions answered.

He also performed the work - three radiator valves and two vents. My home was left SPOTLESS upon completion. Aside from the new parts and the units being correctly pitched, you couldn't tell anyone was there.
