Best Drain Plumbing Repair in Chicago IL

I used Rescue Plumbing to install a gas line and vent for a dryer on the 2nd floor. They also helped me connect both, the washer and dryer, and made sure both were working before they left. They cleaned up when completed and it looked better after they left.

Additionally, I didn't have to ask them to wear boot covers since they came prepared and were already putting them on when I answered the door!

Great service and professionalism and will definitely be using them for any additional plumbing needs!

Pete and Noa were great! They repaired the clog in less than 1 hour, sink was draining much faster afterwards!

Prompt, courteous, clean up after project. they have all needed parts on truck. They did an additional repair I totally forgot I needed done. Feel comfortable with this firm. Downside as with all plumbers is the cost.

UPDATE: Reached out to Pat Swanson, who escalated this to the management team and this was resolved. Thanks Pat.I had a bad experience overall with this company. I called Friday night to have my water heater checked as I believed it was leaking. This water heater was previously replaced by roto rooter within the last year so I was taking advantage of their warranty. Once the tech arrived, he confirmed it was not leaking and relit my water heater for me and charged me $259! Absurd as I am under warranty all he did was turn it back on. I complained about this and they are still charging me. Very unprofessional.

I always reach out to J Sewer & Drain when we run into plumbing issues. Diego was at our front door within minutes of calling, and was super professional. Eddie and Luis deserve all the stars. We called and had no idea what happened with our hot water heater, Eddie came and diagnosed the issue immediately. They installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours I was shocked and sooo happy. We’ll be using them from now on for our 2 flat building!

Absolutely amazing.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

I called father and sons plumbing due to my kitchen sink backing up with grease, after attempting to rod my kitchen drain the plumber came to the conclusion that my problem was further down the line towards my catch basin and they offered Hydro jetting and took care of mediately of my grease problem I haven’t backed up since, I will call them back for any plumbing needs in the future!

Was having an issue with our dishwasher not draining, called up Apex who said they could come out the next day for free estimate. Plumber named Chaz came out to my house, friendly personable guy who took his time and explained to me what the possible issues were and was upfront about costs. Clean cut friendly guy who fixed the problem right and in a timely manner and haven't had a problem since. I have their magnet on my fridge now, would definitely call again.

Eric is very detailed and patient. He has the knowledge to get the job done. He knows what needs to be done. I used his service to unclog the drain on my kitchen and installed a garbage disposal. I am very satisfied with his work.
