I was 'accidentally' quarantined in Florida for 3 months, and when I came home, my garbage disposal wasnt working. Ugh! I was fortunate enough to come across Baethke Plumbing. The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up my appt couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. Even with all the flooding that was currently going on in Chicago, she was able to get a plumber scheduled in less than 48 hours. Their communication about the time they would arrive was great, and when Tom came to my house I was impressed with his 'covid compliancy' practices and procedures. He was knowledgable, professional and made additional recommendations. He was able to fix my garbage disposal for a fair price and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service I received. 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend!

Jan and his team are great to work with. We described the issue and sent photos, which they used to give us a quote. Jan's team went to great lengths to repair parts for us when they could not find replacement parts to buy. Jan is very responsive, and we'll call them any time we have plumbing issues in the future! Highly recommend.

Jesus came out a few months ago to find out what was wrong with our sewer line. We had back ups and there was a large tree root which blocked the sewer line. We had catastrophic flooding in our basement. He dug up the basement and fixed the problem. No more odor, no more flooding. We now have his crew fixing our sink. I would recommend his wholeheartedly.

This company was recommended by a friend, and after an EXTREMELY bad experience with another plumbing company, one who advertises heavily on TV (whom we will NEVER call again), we were pleasantly surprised and downright relieved to find a company that was truly a pleasure to do business with. Every employee we met, and we had several crews here due to the extensive work needing to be done over several days, was professional, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The employee we ended up working most closely with, on our second plumbing project, was Jonathan D., and as far as we're concerned, he has the skills to become the assistant manager!!! We even told this to Tony, the general manager, as we were so impressed with how great his knowledge of plumbing is, and how good his people skills are. He was even able to keep ME calm during a difficult time, which is no small feat! We've never met the owner of the company, but great employees with such terrific attitudes don't just happen--that comes from great management. They are happy in their jobs, and really want to do everything possible to make sure the customer is happy with the work that is done. And we can't ask for much more than that. I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...

This place is a gem, and their office staff Rhea is so lovely. We had a couple big issues this summer and have been so frustrated with other providers, but this company was always quick and thorough and nice.

How refreshing to have a business run in such a straightforward and professional manner. The girl on the phone was very nice and was very clear about how they operate. Our serviceman, who's name i don't remember, was just as nice and very clear about what he was going to do and for what price. Plus, my backed up drain is now running freely. What else can you ask for.

Greg and his team are great. From scheduling to work performed. I have been very happy. I referred Greg out to a friend and she was also pleased. Greg installed my sump pump and back up pump, bathroom faucet and re-sealed my catch basin in my back yard. Very happy with everything over the years. Highly recommended

I called Apex this morning and liked the response from the older gentleman. Two plumbers (Brandon and Adan) showed up promptly. Here is my experience this morning. The leakage was caused by our unit where the pipe was not being aligned to the hole under the water heater. They did diagnose the problem correctly (I hope, finger cross!) I would say Brandon as the lead was discourteous - didn’t introduce himself, knocking the door very loud or close the door loudly. When he talked about the solutions on how to prevent the pipe from being displaced, ($400 for replacing the PVC pipe; $200 for attaching PVC pipe and no cost for putting a brick on the pipe), he failed to mention one solution that a plumber usually does- glue the PVC pipe. Another contractor told me a plumber should have offered that solution. I paid the $199 for diagnostics. The overall experience is unpleasant. I will not use their service again.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.

I called them after they closed. So I left a message explaining my sewer issue. They called back first thing in the morning and were available that morning. They remedied the problem quickly and professionally.
A week later I had a question about something related to catch basin cleaning. Once again they got back to me promptly and answered my question. A pleasure to do business with professionals.

CJ Plumbing quickly responded to my call regarding my primary sump pump going out. Within a few days, I had a new pump and improved back-up system running smoothly without issues. Highly recommend them vs other plumbers we have used in the past.
